There was no airconditioning, although they provided a deskfan, the blades were very dirty. The door latch of the bathroom did not close.

The property is inside the medieval town, which is great. It has a private parking garage. The facilities of the hotel are modern and value for money.

It was in a great location, very modern. The breakfast that was included was delicious. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The family room worked great for our adult son who was traveling with us too, as he had his own space.

The walls are quite thin and the cleaners start very early so don’t expect to have a relaxing sleep in beyond 8am

Perfectly located in the centre of the city with good parking, priced at either €13 or €18 depending where you want to park. It’s a big hotel, very tastefully decorated with large clean rooms, comfortable beds and most of the facilities required for a comfortable stay. However in the so called “superior” rooms there is no air conditioning! However, there is a small fan. The description of the room facilities states there is a “minibar” which is in fact a vending machine in the foyer. There is a fridge in the room but that is empty. The restaurant is closed (at the time of writing) but the breakfast was very good with hot food options and plenty of continental options too. A very nice hotel in a good location with good parking. Nothing special about the superior rooms but if you are driving/riding to this beautiful city you will struggle to find a more convenient hotel.

We were not told about night-time fireworks, at first we thought was a gunshot!, then realised was fireworks and wished we had stayed out longer to watch. Also wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a huge family room that was a good value. The breakfast had a ton of options and was really good. We parked in the open lot 2 houses down which was convienient and the spaces were big. We would stay here again.

The location was amazing. The parking was so easy. The staff were super helpful! They were always trying to help me find things. We loved their outside patio and it was our most spacious hotel so far!

Terrible wifi

Almost perfect but wifi terrible. Value for money / central / seamless lift connection from parking garage (additional €18) to hotel room floor Few minutes walk to the Plönlein “Pinocchio” house which is probably the most photographed subject in Rothenburg. (Go there before breakfast to avoid the crowds) Large family room which fits 2 adults & 3 children comfortably. Ample spacing between sleeping areas, sitting TV area, dining area & Kitchenette without need for walls to separate the areas. Comfortable spacious bathroom. Warm & friendly staff who are very helpful. Great breakfast. Should have stayed longer at this location and use it as a base to explore neighbouring towns.
