We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI tried to reserve a table for dinner by messaging on booking.com. I didn't receive a reply, and when I then emailed I got an unintelligible reply and it turns out did not have a table reserved. The restaurant gets very, very busy so be sure to reserve a table for dinner! Because of this, I had to wait a little while to check-in.
The room was very comfortable and quiet, despite a busy and noisy restaurant. The breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in the village very close to the hotel and I had no problem finding a space, even on a very busy evening.

We have stayed here several times it's a great location in a small town just outside Rees. The accommodation is superb On this occasion we had a room with a balcony, perfect on a hot day to get some air. We had both breakfast and dinner which again were superb Would recommend this hotel for good quality food and accommodation near the Rhein.
