The apartment is a little bit old. The kitchen and living room tables are glass which makes you a bit nervous as you are afraid of breaking them up.

The location was the best. The hotel is very flexible with check in and check out times.

Located on the corner of two main roads, the traffic noise was apparent.

It was very interesting to stay in a traditional "modern" German hotel in which space had been optimised to perfection--a reminder of how things used to be.

The clerk at the front desk was most friendly and willing to help in every way. The site is nicely situated just north of the city center and the Dom, near public transportation.

The website states that this apartment is only suitable for 4 people, however it can sleep 10 comfortably. There is no number on the door and we climbed up to the 4th floor with all our suitcases before we called the reception and found out that our door was on the first floor.

Only real issue is the parking nearby and there were a lot of roadwork nearby that started earlier than hoped!! Also, the hotel parking was a lot further away than I expected.

The room was a bit tight when travelling with a baby and a pram. However it was clean and the beds were really comfy, so overall we had a great stay.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a real attention to detail with the food, which really exceeded our expectations.

We did not realize the family apartment was located in a building at the back of the hotel, therefore not that convenient when we were going to help out with the young children. Though the rooms in the apartment was comfortable, the kitchen was really basic, without microwave oven and dishwasher, not even a draining board. Therefore we had to dry the dishes with the kitchen towels right after the dishes were done.

We had a family apartment for my daughter and her family, and a double room for me and my husband. The family apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and a good sized living/dining room. The staff at the reception was nice and helpful.

A great location, very close to Carolus Thermen and also a nice short walk to the city center. Breakfast had a varied choice both salty and sweet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for it being a single and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of counter space.

There was no parking and a construction site outside our window, but that's temporary and not the fault of the hotel, so can't fault them.

The beds and pillows were too soft for me.

The breakfast was outstanding. More than enough choice. Also the loaction and possibility for carparking were very good. In case you are going on a city trip to Aachen definitely a recommendation.

The curtains do not fully block the lights from coming in.

Cozy room with coffee machine / coffee at disposal. Well located (very close to the city center and to Lousberg), hence with a right mix of city and nature. Quiet at night.

Quiet, really friendly staffs, warm water and quality heating, also it's a proper position for the nearby spa.
