Breakfast buffet was a bit limited compared to other 4star hotels. Soap being too far back to reach for kids. The screens displaying ads by the bank across the street shine (brightly) into the window.

Very clean, large bathroom. Many tourist offers. Big couch bed for kids. Very friendly staff and calm atmosphere. Cozy.

Asked ahead of time about cost for pet and did not receive answer. 18 euro for pet is highest we have ever paid so it would be nice to know price in advance. Beds were fine but mattresses had depression or slope in them which made them less comfortable.

Beautiful, spacious, bright and cheerful room in a perfect location. Very clean and pleasant. Nice bathrooms.

View from our room wasn't the best.

Very nice hotel, immaculately clean and conveniently-situated in the middle of the lovely town. Excellent breakfast. It even had a sauna in the basement.

Does not have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lift to upper level; however a bit of an effort to take luggage up that last flight of stairs.

Very small point which didn’t really bother us as we had our iPads and the internet was great but there were no English tv channels. Also, and again a minor point, the car parking spaces are quite narrow.

Excellent location in the Marketplatz, their own beer was delicious as was the food. Good air conditioning in our room although the position of it means it has to work hard to keep the room cool. Great shower and the loo was automated which was freaky at first but really clever. Lovely quiet rooms (we were in room 131). The hotel has its own car park too and prices were reasonable.

We needed to go through some stairs on the way to our room, and we used a stroller for our baby, so it was pretty unpleasant.

The location is right at the center attraction of Wernigerode. The bathroom was newly renovated, super clean, and very comfy, and I loved it. The breakfast was good, though there was little selection for the bread.

From our first arrival to check out everything was perfect. Very friendly staff hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Great location on the market place. Our room was very very spacious with a lovely bathroom . Cannot recommend this hotel enough Well done everybody at the Weiser Hirsch

Too many steps - small flight coming out of lift to bedroom passage and another to enter bar and dining room. Dining room was als on two levels. I walk with a stick and found this challenging.

Perfect location on the main square of this delightful town. Room and bath were first rate and spacious and clean. Restaurant was fabulous and had a variety dishes including some exotic ones. Staff were very kind and helpful, I would come back!

Breakfast was excellent and the hotel had two charging ports for e-vehicles (this is not being said on their web-page, what a pity, because it could be a selling point)

The view from our room was fine, but not great. We were also surprised to learn that there was no air conditioning in the room, but the front desk did send a fan which helped.

Check-in was fast and easy, and the lady at the front desk helped with info and timetables, as well as sending a fan to the room. Breakfast was delicious and the attendants were very helpful and kind. Also, while the view from our room was not great, the location of the hotel was perfect.
