The stairs to the loft were kind of steep. Also, the bathroom lights activated by motion detector were not welcome in the middle of the night.

Excellent location close to the ferry terminal. Modern apartment with everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this new apart-hotel. It’s convenient for both short and long stays. The main sleeping area with a large bed is on the second level. On the first level, there’s a small sofa, a table with two chairs, and a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a refrigerator. The sauna upstairs is available every day with a convenient schedule. Everything is brand new and modern. Breakfast was tasty, although it didn’t include hot dishes, but the staff were extremely friendly. They even waited for us when our flight was slightly delayed and were always ready to help. Access to the floors is only possible with a key card, making it very secure. There are many restaurants nearby, and we especially enjoyed the Turkish restaurant. It’s also convenient to take a walk towards the Gulf of Finland. Highly recommended!

Only breakfast was a bit too basic, no warm meals, every day was exactly the same.

Everything was just great, the room was comfy and specious with all necessary utilities and a comfortable bed. Location was fantastic as well - very safe, new and modern neighbourhood.

There wasn't anything I didn't really like except maybe a few things that hinder the experience, like automatic lights in the bathroom (if you go during the night... there is no way to turn it off so you get blinded). There is no proper coffee machine (at least not in my studio) just a French press, which was also a bit used and dirty. No tumblers in the bathroom but that's a really small thing.

A very nice hotel in Jätkäsaari, if you need to stay in the area this is the top! It has everything you need for a short or slightly longer stay and the area is very new and urban, good vibes. There is rooftop sauna (must try!), a small gym for a basic workout (however there is only one of everything, including a treadmill) so you can keep fit during your stay. The breakfast is limited but I found it perfectly sufficient. You can buy extra espressos in the bar. The building is new and nice and impressive, felt very comfortable and safe. I would come back again (and might do that next time I'm in Helsinki). Good aircon. Bed and bedding really comfortable and had a great sleep. You can use the app or ask for a physical key card as well. Wifi OK. Generally, recommended! :D

It was hot and the air conditioning was not able to go lower than 20.5 degrees. Also the chairs were very uncomfortable- a couple of cushions would have helped!

The floor in the room wasn't the cleanest and there were marks on the cupboard doors. It was also a bit disturbing in the morning that the neighbors would slam their doors and it was quite loud and disturbed my sleep in the morning.

I liked the location and it was easy to find, the service was also great. The app key was very convenient👍I really liked the balcony, I could enjoy the sun there. The bedroom was also very good, pleasantly dark and had the necessary lights

I do not like to stay in a room with a mezzanine. It went fine this time but a friend fell down from one this summer and it scared the hell out of me. Waking up in a new room and need to use the toilet can easily be very dangerous if you need to climb down a steep staircase.

It was easy to check in. It had a good view from the window and room was spotless. Nice bathroom and anything you should expect in a hotel like this. Close to the ferry to Tallin.

The accommodation was a 15 minute walk to the centre and a similar distance to the ferry port. The accommodation had a mezzanine bedroom, with a small kitchen & lounge area below that had a fridge, microwave and small hob enough kitchen equipment, plates and cutlery to meet our needs. Our sofa was converted into a single bed to accommodate our 3rd guest. Everything was spotlessly clean. We all found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable with good quality linen leading to everyone having a great night's sleep. It was great to have a balcony to sit out on to have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was a simple continental style, and whilst not extensive it was of good quality. We used the rooftop sauna which had nice views over the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.
