We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Luxembourgthe view and the location of this hotel is perfect. At night it is peaceful and you can appreciate the beauty of the place. The swimming pool is great and there is a spa outside and a sauna. The view from the window is wonderful. The staff is very pleasant.

Fabulous location, helpful staff, comfortable room and bathroom. Our only problem was a limited menu in the restaurant but perhaps they're not used to guests staying a week.

United KingdomRoom opened up to an outside walkway and was a little cramped, but it had everything we needed, bed was really comfortable. Strange thing - the little fridge is unplugged when you arrive and they expect guests to call reception to plug it in. It was evident that everybody just yanks the thing out and does it themselves.
Location was superb, and staff went out of their way to help. The quality of food in the restaurant in particular was outstanding. There are storage facilities for guests' bikes.

SwitzerlandThe room leads directly outside and the access from the lobby to the room is not fully covered. The windows did not open in our room and there was no ventilation at all. For fresh air and ventilation you had to keep the door to the room open. The bathroom was spacious but windowless. There was no working ventilation in the bathroom either. The shower had no floor pan and the floor slopes in the wrong direction. This causes the water to collect in a corner with no drainage. For this, the hotel provides a large rubber floor wiper.

BelgiumThe wifi signal is too weak to get my portable connect in thé room on 2nd floor. Personnel is not acting professionally, you sure and hear them talking/laughing about other customers... Towels in bathroom are too old, so totally not soft. Hygiëne could be better (dust / rust) on Parts of the bathroom.
