We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe service were not available. Too many conditions to even keep a track of. Trash had to be thrown by ourselves even though there was staff. Checkin option was not available earlier. If there is a facility for late checkin, why not implement it for early check-in as well.

United StatesThe hours. Making our own beds. The lack of breakfast. The lack of assistance finding breakfast.
We booked this place because it was close to Mont St Michel and it had a pool. Only to realise after booking it the pool was only opened until 1900… checkin time was from 1700-1900.. so everyone is there at once to check in and it takes forever.. inconvenient because that is dinner time, so you have to plan the whole day around checking in, then drive 15 minutes minimum to find something to eat. This made the pool unusable. They told us it was due to COVID rules and timing between guests. So there is nothing really they can do. Room was a pleasant surprise. Large and clean, but then another shock.. we had to make our own beds. This was inconvenient because we checked in and immediately left to go get dinner without looking at room. Got back very late to hotel and enter room, only to realise we had to make beds! Not how I like to vacation. Bonus: seeing that the mattress and pillows were very clean. Then check out is pretty early considering the late checkin time. We had to be out by 1000! So we left feeling tired and unable to use pool. No breakfast and we couldn’t find anywhere close that was opened with breakfast either.. staff didn’t speak English so we had no help. But for the money, it was a good value. We needed a family room and they had it. The place was very clean. It is out in the middle of no where so it is peaceful and relaxing. The drive to Mont at michel from hotel was close and nice. If we came back I would bring my own breakfast (we have kids so it is critical they eat in the morning) and also my own wine (no where close to buy a bottle, place is very rural).

United KingdomNo kettle nor fridge in the room. I would have expected at least one of these for a 3 star hotel room. Felt more like a roadside motel room. Poor cell phone reception in the room.
The room was clean and had good air conditioning, and free parking was readily available.

United KingdomOur hotel was on the ground floor which was good for parking access but overlooked the interior of the building. It's more of a motel than a hotel, had to make sheets on arrival and leave clean, cigarette burn on sofa and a little tatty inside the room. It was clean however and staff were very helpful and friendly, it was just expensive for what it was.
Good location for access to the bay of Mt St Michel, Au bouchet restaurant in vivier sur mer is excellent for mussels

United StatesSheets were "provided" for you to place on the beds yourself. You have to take out your own garbage at the end of your stay, and cleaning, towel swaps are available for a fee. Breakfast was fine. Room was large but otherwise unimpressive. Front door does not stay closed without deadbolt. This was not a hotel, rather a motel. That being said, at a motel, they change your sheets and take out the trash. Still 20 minutes away from Mont Saint-Michel

France-You should check what is not included. There were no dishwasher detergents, which is necessary for stay. Also, there was no hair dryer. I usually do not carry my hair dryer when I travel. -There were something like little bugs under a pillow... It seemed like not that clean. -Cars just in front of the balcony. It prevented to enjoy the view.
