Stunning property, beautifully furnished and well located. The staff were incredible, particularly Van and Joy- helpful, smiley, ans always happy to help. We had a fantastic time.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was a perfect intermission to our two week trip to France. The rooms were great, very comfortable and it felt like we were staying at the owners home. The staff was incredible and had great service.

V special and neutral natural furnishing. Lovely bar and breakfast room. Suite was huge and bathroom spectacular.

GermanyThe hotel is run by an incredibly unprofessional owner that treats their guests unacceptable. When we wanted to check out during the requested time nobody was available to review our expenses. The owner then told us via phone she would send the expenses for review before invoicing from our credit card. Ultimately they charged us 60 EUR for breakfast we did not have and did not even wait for our correction complaint. I even told the owner on the phone WHEN ASKED if we had breakfast that we had none and she still invoiced. The handling afterwards is even more unprofessional because instead of correcting the credit card charge she now wants me to send my banking details for a wire transfer. ALL of this when a night is 400€+. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, when in the hotel do not expect to be treated like one. The place is totally understaffed, when you need something you need to walk across the whole property to find someone. Do not go, find another place nice.
The location itself is beautiful and the Vietnamese family hired to run the service is friendly.

United KingdomWhile the hotel is overall peaceful and relaxing, several aspects fell well below expectations for a 5-star property. During the low season, there were no dining options available, and the breakfast was by far the most careless and minimal I’ve had at any luxury hotel. The spa was particularly disappointing — the bottom of the pool had visible peeling paint, and after soaking for just over 20 minutes, my eyes began to sting so badly I couldn’t keep them open. It was the first time I’ve ever left a hotel spa early and had no desire to return. Everything else was fine, but for a hotel with a 5-star label, these issues should not be happening.and no cabs at all in the town
