We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayIt is a charming 2 star hotell with no straff at night and no elevator. Clean and big rooms in a very picturesque location/setting, and with car parking. Very nice breakfast for 13 Euro. Nice and welcoming staff. This is our second stay and we will be back more. We get the true French village feel here, not too touristy. 10 minutes by car to Lourmarin and 30 minutes more to Roussillon. The hotel is the yellow building by the pond, google maps show a wrong location 100m off / in the street. Moris Restaurant hidden in town was very good, a step up from the bistro type restaurant. Small portions but surprise dishes made up for it

United StatesThe location is the best that you can get in Cucuron. Room #6 has a small balcony overlooking the pond/bassin, which is the main attraction of Cucuron. The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff are very friendly and the location is the best.

SwitzerlandNot related to the property but something we would have appreciated knowing. For those who, like us, may not know the eating protocol of the locals/region. Book your table in advance!! We tried to get a table at 8.30pm and it was impossible! All restaurants were full and if they had tables, they wouldn’t take us as the kitchen was closed!! We went to bed hungry. A lesson learnt!
Great location in the village on the beautiful L’Etang. Good size room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed & freshly decorated.

Germanyeverything is cheap besides the actual price for the night. dated and dirty, so a little cleaning won't hurt. if you mention "heating" among your facilities, you'd better keep your AC unlocked, otherwise it's misleading. it was cold and there is no way to warm up the room because the remote from air conditioning is locked on cooling regime. well done! 👍🏻 stairway is slippery and thus dangerous - I slipped and fell from it when was going down and hit my back hard, luckily I didn't carry my baby at that moment. no elevator makes it even worse. kitchen is closed during night, so there's no way to warm up baby's milk (or your tea). request for a baby crib was left unanswered (ignored), when we arrived and asked again we got just "no" as a reply - well, I know that cribs are subject to availability but if you don't have it at the moment you can at least warn your guests in advance "sorry, all cribs are occupied by other guests, so we can't provide it tonight" - that would be just fine. instead of ignoring requests because finding it is too much of a hassle. the real rating would be 5/10, not more.
