We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe attitude of the reception staff. Lack of responsiveness to any request (the wake up call I requested never happen, neither the bottle opener they said they will bring in 10 min). Sad/ poker faces and very poor client service. Even there is an entire wall next to breakfast area talking about how Radisson contributes to environment protection, there were Nespresso aluminium/plastic coffee capsules in the room and for breakfast (in clear contradiction with the environmental policy on the wall).
The size, furniture and cleanliness of the room. Very comfortable bed and nice cleaning services. Amazing breakfast.

JapanWe wanted to make a reservation for a taxi because we had to leave early the next morning to catch our flight, but they said the all taxi service were all booked. I wished they could arrange a taxi for us somehow.
The linens were good. The breakfast was good too. We stayed this hotel because it was so close to the soccer stadium (walking distance). We will stay this hotel again definitely.

United KingdomFirst lady on reception I spoke to I found to be semi rude or at least abrupt. We were told we couldn't check in early which I guess is just one of those things but when we came back although we didn't have an issue the two people in front did and the nicer lady on reception had said there was an issue with check outs that day. The location wouldn't be for us for any other reason than the football match. The room although nice was quite stuffy even though we put the Air con on.
The room was nice and clean, the hotel smelled nice too. The location was good for us as we were going to a PSG match so maybe a 5/10min walk. Only stayed in there for one night and it was fine for that. The guy on reception was nice and polite
