The flat is very poorly equipped, insufficient kitchen stuff and no complimentary services of any kind (water, coffee, tea). If I book a flat I expect I can use a kitchen and stay as at home. Not even soap to clean bathroom or to use dishwasher. A lot of noise from upstair apartment and cleaning noises on early afternoon of Jan. 1st. Beds very uncomfortable, specially the sofa bed. The bathroom did not have a proper shower, very inconvenient as well. The price is not really proportionate with what we received.

Excellent position to visit Paris. The flat is nice and cozy.

The neighborhood is lovely but relatively far from the main tourist attractions.

The place is lovely and has a lot of charm. The owner was super kind and cares for the place. She immediately agreed to move up our stay y a day when our original flight got cancelled. It's super clear which is also a sign of caring ownership. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Although this was not really the fault of the hotel, but above lived some family (?) where probably kids started to run around midnight, and since I had an early morning it was rather annoying. Also the airconditioning machine made some odd noises, but one got used to those quickly.

The area was very quiet and safe, and there was a metro station 200 meters from the hotel. The apartment was spacious, in an old building, especially the bedroom and bathroom for a Parisian hotel.

Drawer space, and more hangers in the closet would have been nice. Four flights of stairs were sometimes a challenge after a day of sightseeing - made more so when our key card failed to work. Management is only on site a few hours/day, so there was no one around to help us with that. (One of the keys worked - after a few dozen attempts - so we didn't need to call the manager at home.)

Air conditioning! The apartment is located away from central Paris, so quieter and less touristy. Having a mini-kitchen/dining area allowed us to have breakfast (and sometimes dinner) "at home," as well as enough space to spread out.

We had 2 rooms. One of our rooms had a 'pump' running which I think may have been associated with the air conditioning which was a little noisy. I suspect its just a minor maintenance issue - the staff are helpful and I'm sure had we raised it during our stay would have resolved it (but we were having too much fun exploring Paris).

Good, quiet accommodation with plenty of space within a relatively short distance of Paris' main attractions. There are a number of good restaurants near by and professional laundry facilities all within walking distance. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 6 which worked well for us for a 3 night stay.

The room I reserved was not available and they changed it immediately, but I ended up changing rooms 3 times during my stay. Elevator too narrow.

The convertible sofa was not very comfortable to sleep in.

The location was perfect, the design and atmosphere of the room was cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the manager of the property was very helpful. He was available whenever we had a problem. The room was cleaned every day.

We loved staying here - very convenient to walk to the metro or bus. Also not far from the river in a lovely leafy neighbourhood. I especially like the French feel of an old building with beautiful iron work and molded ceilings. We walked from here to Roland Garros tennis stadium in about 20 minutes. There was a grocery store and bakery en route to the stadium so we could stock up for the day's tennis!

Good location, staff helpfull, bakery around the corner for your breakfast. Everything working, kitchen small but equipped with the necessary. Added value that it alows you to stay with pets, so we could bring our dog with us. Word of warning: if you are in the part with elevator: it is extremely small, max 1,5 person :)

Basic utensils in the kitchen (for example: a bit short on knifes to cut vegetables, bread). Not a big issue as we ate in the city most of the times.

Good location, close to subway station Jasmin. It felt as a safe neighbourhood. The building has a nice, older atmosphere. Big bedroom. Depending on which apartment, there is a small elevator for 1 person or luggage. Flexibility on checking out time.

We called the reception before our arrival to book a taxi, but they rudely refused. The bed was very uncomfortable. The couch in the living room looks dirty, although it is not. The reception was mostly closed. The welcome kit is just a joke.

The area is charming, with many restaurants, cafes, and local stores. The hotel building is very nice, and the apartment very charming. The living room is spacious, with big windows and a nice table to enjoy meals. The staff at the reception after our arrival was very kind and helpful.
