Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaWe came with our carry in luggage only and had left our other 2 larger suitcases at the airport as we knew we were going back to Heathrow the next day. Had we brought the larger suitcases to the hotel I don’t know where they could have fit within our room.
Beautifully styled and extremely well appointed room. The rooftop bar is a must too, the location is bang on for a couple of nights in London. The whole hotel is very luxurious and the staff are beyond exceptional. We had a very early check out and the night shift staff were fantastic to us early in the morning offering coffees and transport options.

United Arab EmiratesThe only disappointment was that the hotel charged an extra fee for the breakfast service at the end, which shouldn’t have been the case, as the room was already paid with full breakfast included.
We loved everything in this hotel. Although the breakfast wasn’t a buffet, it was very good. Also, the location of the hotel was great.

United Arab EmiratesThe only comment would be on the size of the room we had. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfy, but it was very small. It's not a complaint as the room size is clearly called out on the website and I booked the smallest/cheapest room, so it was my decision, but if staying again I'd spend more and get more space.
Absolutely loved the Broadwick! Service at reception was exceptional from arrival to checkout. Supremely efficient but friendly and not at all stuffy. Cannot think of a better place in London to have a pre-dinner drink than Bar Flute. Atmosphere, drinks and again service, exceptional. We had dinner in Dear Jackie which was great. Though if we were staying longer we'd definitely have ventured out into Soho on subsequent nights.

United KingdomThere's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel!
This hotel is beyond amazing! Every single aspect is exceptional. The location is perfect, the staff couldn't have done more for us and the facilities are second to none. We were going to a play at the Harold Pinter Theatre which was only a quick 5-10 minute walk away, passed lots of gorgeous little shops and bars, perfect for West End visits! The car park was about a one minute walk away. The gorgeous little touches made it a truly personal and wonderful experience. We will 1000% be staying here again!

SwitzerlandUnfortunately, the staff at the reception could not maintain the same level of friendliness as the other employees, which is quite disappointing, as the reception acts as the hotel’s business card.
Title: A Unique Blend of Cultures at Hotel Broadwick in Soho I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Broadwick in Soho, London, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness set a fantastic tone for my entire stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its remarkable architectural diversity. Each room showcases an eclectic blend of elements inspired by 1950s Italy, combining vintage charm with modern luxury. The design elements pay homage to the era with sophisticated touches that transport you back in time, while the infusion of Indian flair adds a captivating vibrancy to the atmosphere. The interiors are stunning, with rich textures and colors that create an inviting ambiance. Ornate fixtures, lush fabrics, and artistic decor pieces reflect the richness of both cultures, making every corner of the hotel a visual delight. This thoughtful design creates an environment that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly unique. The room service deserves special mention as well. With a menu that offers a tantalizing selection of delicious dishes, each meal is not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The Indian-inspired options, in particular, struck a perfect balance with the overall aesthetic of the hotel, making dining in an enchanting experience all on its own. Hotel Broadwick truly stands out as a hidden gem in the heart of Soho. With its top-notch service, eclectic design that celebrates both 1950s Italy and Indian influences, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, this hotel is a must-visit for those seeking an extraordinary escape. I can’t wait to return for another enchanting stay!
