Clean cosy room, basic, no frills, but kettle in my room was a nice bonus.  Bed was comfortable, curtains could be thicker to keep out 24hr daylight in June, but it didnt stop me sleeping. I arrived early morning and they kindly kept my bag until I returned later to check in. Well priced by Reykjavik standards, in a good location for walking around the city. Would come here again.

The room is very basic with a wet bathroom. It's clean though and it's OK enough for an overnight stay, but won't like to stay there for an extended period of time.

The hotel is situated in a pedestrian shopping street with very easy access to shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the church.

The parking lot they tell you to use is closed from Midnight to 7 a.m., and they should warn visitors. We were delayed slightly in the morning, but saw another family nearly miss their flight as their car was locked in the ramp. As it sounds like this has happened multiple times, the hotel should let people know

The hotel is very centrally located and the family room was spacious and perfect for our family of five. We found the beds very comfortable and the room was very dark in the evening. Great place for our first night in Iceland.

The street noise was a little loud and caused some difficulty getting to sleep. It is also pretty obviously an older building, so some things are just generally not as upkept as some of the more expensive hotels in the area.

The location was great and it was a really good price for the area. It was very clean and pretty comfortable.

The room was small and the bathroom could have been cleaned better in-between guests.

Booked as a solo traveller as I wanted a private bathroom and sleeping arrangement - great money-saving alternative to a hostel and in a good location within the city. Checking in and out was an easy process and I didn't hear noise from other guests during my stay.

Our room was facing the road and early in the morning we could hear noises from the street. Some little maintenance would be needed for example more sockets and/or in useful places.

The hotel is really close to the city center, very convenient. The room is big enough for a two day stay. WiFi working well, TV in English, good size of the bathroom. It is basic but good for a short stay. Boiler and cups for tea and coffee in the room (but you need to have your own coffee or tea).

Fire alarm went off at 5am. All guests did not evacuated the building and there was no management present or any follow up.

Not much assistance at front desk, there's a number to call which was always answered. A mini fridge & microwave would've made our stay better

We Would have liked to have more services for exemple a note in the bedroom with addresses for breakfast. And just some shelves in the bathroom could upgrade the material. An excellent location.

could be better with bigger windows which you can open for fresh air after the taking shower ,at least. It's great for one-two nights with the size of the room but probably not comfortable for a week or so. Also they could invest to toileteries, it's small thing to do with big impact - I think :)

the lady on reception was nice, she explained everything what was needed. The location is excellent , you can walk everywhere in 15minutes (for dominants of reykjavik), bed, bathroom were clean, also towels, cups, thank you for having us, we had a nice stay :)

We didn't see a single member of staff the whole time we were there. Also there were a few minor issues that could easily be resolved. The bathroom door didn't close properly, it didn't have a lock, there was only one pillow per person, etc.

Basic amenities are provided. The property is situated in an excellent location in the heart of the city, with a nearby pick-up point for the local tour bus.

The room (floors) not clean, bathroom is very outdated- nowhere to put toiletries, no shower cabinet, room itself is very small- uncomfortable to unpack suitcase, to move around the room.
