We visited is March and saw the menu for the restaurant (we had already booked bed breakfast and evening meal) which looked amazing so as we knew we were coming back this way again only booked bnb so we could use the restaurant. Unfortunately the meal we were most interested in was over salted and we were not able to eat this which for us was very disappointing.

I'm only ever in an hotel for enough time to rest, shower, eat breakfast and get back on the road. I'm noise sensitive and wish other residents would return to their rooms quietly. I spent most of my working life in hotels as a crew member. I learned the etiquette 🤪 Hotels should post the "Quiet please" sign!

I liked it enough to return! Secure parking. Restaurant and pool time permitting.

the towels had stains and marks of ear wax and seems that they were there for many many weeks. It was not smelling good. And the bedrooms quality don't match the reception/breakfast room and swimming pool. They seem to be outdated. in the sense of, mirror broken not changed, the shower is old and makes a lot of noise, the tiles in the shower were either broken or accumulated some dark matter. The air-conditioning seems very old and it was not clear how to adjust it ( which makes the room super cold and the covers are not tick enough to warm you at night.

Breakfast was great, also the view and the swimming pool. Couldn't try the restaurant but seems to be really good food. It was always full of people. Staff was really nice as well.

I booked a 2 bed room. A double bed and a single bed. The single bed was terrible. It was not a bed. It was a sofa without any comfort to sleep. It was terrible. I didn't even have a sheet to put on the sofa. I had to take the blanket off the double bed and put it on the sofa, so I wouldn't sleep directly on the leather. And the receptionist it was not friendly. It was the first receptionist in Italy that I didn’t liked. It was rude, and never gave me a smile or a welcome word that I’m always used to when I stay in a hotel.

Quite location at periphery of Parma, good accessible from Autostrada with free parking directly at the hotel. 10 min by car to the center of Parma. Reasonable breakfast, but scrambled eggs already cold even breakfast time has not passed. Comfortable beds and daily cleaning. Unfortunately, outdoor Swimmingpool already closed. Staff not at top of customer awareness. In total, good location at attractive price.

Very old facilities. Poor sound isolation of the rooms - at 7am the chorus of alarm clock was a funny moment. The lady at the reception in the morning was unpleasant and upset when she had to help me to get into my room because badge was not working. Gym had wide open windows with no mosquitoes nets on them resulting in hundreds of hungry insects approaching you whenever you would not be running in tread mill.

Very pragmatic approach to late arrival, the gentlemen at reception was very helpful. The facilities were very well cleaned, even spotless. The lady that served breakfast was the true hospitality part, very useful and warm .

The furniture in the room needs renovation, especially compared to the exteriors of the hotel. We had some difficulties with air conditioning. Reaching the city center without car is not very convenient.

The hotel reception and terasse (with a small swimming pool) are very nice and rather new/modern. The room was clean. Staff very friendly. We were also satisfied with the restaurant. Practical option when travelling by car (there is also a garage). Breakfast quite good. All togehter, good value for money.

The Staff is really friendly and the bonus is that the hotel is attached to a great restaurant so you don't have to leave the hotel to eat something good.
