In the sauna sunbeds would be more suitable than the RelaxSacks.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the ski bus is across the street. Very friendly staff, wide selection of food for breakfast. Comfortable and spacious garage. Large balcony.

Very welcoming atmosphere and staff. We were able to put our bicycles into the garage. The terrace and reception area are very nice. Loved the mountain views from our balcony. The breakfast selection was great, including cute little heart shaped waffles and organic juices.

Understandable there was no air conditioner, but it would have been useful to have a fan- as it was extremely hot in the rooms, the doors and windows needed to be left open while sleeping, letting in insects. There is also a neighbour cow which moo-ed excessively throughout the night, making it very hard to sleep with the windows open! Would also be useful to have sheets on the bed to help with the heat, rather than just quilts. No curtains on the bathroom windows which other people could see directly into, limiting privacy.

Staff were absolutely incredible! So helpful and they helped us plan our days. Great to have a car park! Breakfast was very yummy. Incredible location!

The room was a bit old, they tried to renew it but there was still something not working: the bathroom door didn't close and the sink was leaking. They didn't have curtains for the bathroom's windows and this was pretty uncomfortable, especially at night when you had the lights on and anybody from outside could see through

Located in the centre of Valdaora, the hotel had a free covered car park for the guests. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and cozy. We loved the sauna and jacuzzi. They gave us free tickets for public transport to use in Valdaora. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good (except for coffee)

When they say "am park" you are really in the main city park - my big room terrace was looking towards the lovely and quiet central park. In the morning you see the sun for a successful start of the day. Breakfast was classic rich with whatever you want and it was served from 7:30. You have access to the underground closed garage for free, which was perfect because I arrived with my motorcycle after a rainy day and needed a place for it to be at the dry spot overnight.

The rooms are small ,bathrooms outdated , lots of flies in the room ,which we struggled to get out of the room . No fan or A/c and felt stuffy . The room does not have much place to move around . Furnishing is very outdated.

This is a true boutique hotel, located in the center of a charming town, with ample parking (including underground parking). The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a modern style, with elements of the local culture. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a sizeable bathroom, and a balcony. Breakfasts were delicious. Bonus points for the selection of loose leaf tea! There's a possibility to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and sample from the huge wine selection. For skiers, a (free) ski bus stop is just steps away. It's less than a 10-minute drive to the Olang lifts on Kronplatz.

Bed was very hard. Discovered when the cleaning lady walked in on us getting changed (twice!) that our room actually couldn’t be locked. The swipe card was useless and so our belongings were not secure. Lucky we were only staying the one night.

Minor detail: coffee wasn't very strong
