The common area facilities are beautiful, clean and the room was lovely, with its lake view. The staff were so accommodating with everything! The food from the bar was delicious!

The room was good apart from the bathroom which was too small and the extractor fan didn't work making it damp and steamy. Local transport was poor with taxis and buses few and far between

Some more hooks in the bathroom would be good. Given pool, lake and showers we had plenty of wet swim suits and towels, already between just the two of us.

The staff was outstanding, so friendly. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in a hotel in Italy. 5/5. SUP rental, the pools, the plant filled bar area, car charging stations… Simply great!

Not the fault of the hotel, but walking from the hotel is not very appealing.

All very minor things that would push the hotel from a 9 to a 10. When busy the bar service could be a little slower, and on the decking more umbrellas for shade when the full summer sun and out would be good.

The hotel is fantastic, great bar and restaurant with an extra restaurant next door. It's right on the waterfront and the views never get old! For what you get its great value for money! Rooms are a great size, comfy beds, great selection of drinks, lots of food options for vegetarians and the staff were really friendly and helpful!

Not enough shade at the pool. The bar and lunch service was spotty. Empty tables not cleared and cleaned in a timely manner. The breakfast surveys were great!

The shower floor was so slippery, I almost hit the deck more than once.

The decor is a little dated now, but otherwise very presentable. The new infinity pool area is quite spectacular.

The parking situation is a problem. I usually only book rooms with parking options and didn’t read the fine print when booking this room. So upon arrival we were left without a parking anywhere close by, but the lady at the reception and the manager were very accommodating and did everything they could to get us a designated parking space within a hour.

The location is top, lakefront, private. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The entire hotel is modern, clean and the vibes are great.
