The bathroom and shower was quite small and the room was expensive - but that seems to be Florence rates.

Excellent position, right in the heart of the city, 1 minute from the Dome.. Staff were wonderful and very helpful, especially storing our luggage after checkout for a small cost.

Location was exceptional. Close to main attractions and train station. Marco the host was great. He came a little early to check us in and gave us some great recommendations for food, restaurants and bars.

I liked everything. the hotel itself is located inside of apartment building. Reception is available from 14.00 to 20.00. Location - excellent. Receptionists: Danielle and Marko were very friendly and kind. The cleaning lady was also so kind and nice. The cleanless of the room is 10 from 10😊

There was a toothbrush (not ours) on top of the shower and the shower was a little bit dirty.

The location is perfect right in the heart of Florence! The room was a really great size as well. Also the communication from the staff was very excellent.

We tried to check in early with no answer on the phone prior to the 2pm. The building houses multiple residences for tourists. We were concerned we did not have a place to stay. Once we were checked in after 2 pm we were pleased. The elevator is old but worked well. Fyi - No breakfast at this bed and breakfast.

I can’t think of anything

The property is in an amazing location right next to the Duomo. Everything you might want to see is in an easy walking distance with many restaurants and shops in your doorstep. Tram stop and railway station are only a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even offered to lend us wine glasses if we wished to drink wine in our room!

Breakfast is not really a breakfast but of course, that depends on tastes and habits.

It is a small hotel placed at the 4th floor of an old splendid building just near the Dome square,in the middle of everything that matters in Florence. Staff was very helpful and kind, room was large enough, minimalist but with everything useful and a nice view.

There is no place for the toilet paper except the floor or on the sink. It would be great to add a simple toilet paper holder. Note that if you would like to leave your luggage to continue touring after checkout, the time to pick up the luggage is very limited. Make sure that works for your travel plans.

We reached the hotel at 1 pm and still got the room + super location. at first we got scared because the property mentioned 4th floor outside but it has a really good antique lift which works well. From this hotel, everything was a 5-10-15min walk which is superb. we even went to the train station walking after checkout. The hotel owner is present at the hotel from 2pm to 8pm everyday for recommendations around the place and any help needed.
