The shower didn't work great, but did what it needed to do, eventually.

The room was clean and tidy, a bit basic but definitely value for money. Check-in was from 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:50pm and had to wait until the check-in time! The hotel is situated away from the main centre of Mestre, but buses run on a regular basis to places like Mestre train station. Jump on the 31H (bus stop on main road outside hotel) this will take you to Mestre Centrale train station where you can catch the train to Venice, or change to the no 2 bus direct to Venice( bus stop outside the station). If you walk about 800m from the hotel towards Mestre centre you can catch the number 2 which will take you directly to Venice and visa versa on the way back. I walked from Mestre train station to the hotel and it took about 20-25 mins. To catch the bus from Mestre Centrale to the hotel, cross the road outside of the train station and wait at the bus stop, catch the 31H and get off at the next stop after the Lidl supermarket junction, the Club Hotel is located on the other side of the main road. The hotel staff spoke great English, which is a great help when your Italian is pretty poor.

how far it was from the city, especially that you need to walk 1km to the bus stop to catch a bus going to venezia. also there was a bus strike when we stayed so we couldn’t buy bus tickets and had to walk to mestre station with heavy backpacks. i also was disappointed by the water pressure in the shower as it was very low.

They kept the dirty towels ;(, the queen bed was made of 2 beds, if you love hugs impossible to do them.

Best price in Venice, yes it’s far away but if you’re a student or with middle income, this hotel is a good option for you.

The terrace door was permanently closed. As there were no windows, I had no fresh air for the whole stay.

I have been staying at this hotel for fourth time. The staff is really nice and willing to help. Rooms are very clean and warm.

Rooms are quite inconsistent. We stayed twice on our way to and from the Dolomites and our first room was really not bad, pretty clean and warm. Our second room wasn’t as clean although the important things like sheets and towels were! And the heater wasn’t working so the room was cold all night. Basically if you get a bad room you could probably switch! We weren’t too fussed as it was one night (and super cheap, why would we complain 😂)

We booked for 4nights and 2first nights we were frozen🥶 cause heater wasn’t work and other rooms were full so we had no chance to change the room. We asked for extra blanket. After reception increased the temperature so heater start to warm up the room easy easy in the 3rd night 🤒 There was no plug close to bed to charge your phone and you had to put on charge on corner table by distance and they couldn’t find extra long cable to give us… No kettle, no glass, no slipper or cotton sticks in bathroom

The staffs were kind and they had 2 free parking area. We could buy coffee from lobby easily in morning, It was cheap and according to this price was good.

It was the chapest option yes. But it realy need some upgreading. The bathroom ventilation wasnt working so a bit moldy there. But beds are ok.

The balcony door was busted and held closed with a make shift lock. It took in cold air into the room at night and all the sound from the main road that was right in front of the hotel. The sound i did not mind since i can sleep through a lot but the cold was bothersome since i like to be warm during sleep. I was in the room 306. The balcony door needs repairs. It was held closed with duct tape and a sliding lock but did not seal propoerly and let all the noise and cold in.

The staff was good. Location was accessible through the bus stop in front of the hotel.

This hotel requires some renovation. It states three stars but I would not give it more than 1.5 stars. There was no fridge in the room and the bathroom needed renovation.

The room was clean. There was a breakfast available at the adjacent hotel. The hotel was close to the bus stop and a supermarket.
