As a recommendation the bathroom should have more amedities other than the basic of soap to wash your hands.

The room was too hot with no way of controlling the temperature except by opening the window. 2c at night. The claimed soundproofing didn't seem very effective either, as I could hear an, admittedly loud, conversation in the next room. I thought the rate was expensive for a small room.

The hotel is tastefully and stylishly arranged. Very friendly staff. Quiet rooms close to the city center. Attention to sustainability. Great price considering the quality of the accommodation and the location.

The online booking system (with foreign bank account) was complicated. My initial booking was cancelled and for the second time it was unnecessary complicated. The employee on the phone though was quite polite and helpful (something we experienced with all the staff during our stay ☺️).

The hotel, the location, the complimentary cakes and juices at the hotel entrance every afternoon, the hospitality of all staff members were exceptional!!!

Nice quiet location just outside the city centre but still only a few minutes walk to the Arena. Clean and modern. Sensible sized double bedroom with a large very comfortable bed and pillows. Decent hot shower. Nice small bar behind reception. Excellent breakfast with many homemade items (the granola is amazing). All staff were great. We left our luggage in a secure room next to reception prior to checkin and after checkout so that we could sightsee without hauling cases around.

The clear plastic/perspex staircase for the last bit down to reception. Going up was fine, going down, I had to check I was stepping onto each step.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice with an outside courtyard. Good location for an easy walk into the city centre.

The staff was excellent. We were early and they stored our bags for us. They provided a helpful map and directions. Also they provided excellent restaurant suggestions.

The breakfast was average. My toilet did not work well and therefore had not been properly checked before I arrived. The rooms were not well insulated against noise and I could hear the clients in the adjacent rooms until late at night.

Our main objective was to see performances at the Arena of Verona and this hotel's location was located very close. The staff went out of their way to ensure that the air-conditioning was maintained at a very low temperature in my room. The daily housekeeping was of a high standard.

Everything was perfect! The room and the bathroom were very clean with fresh air without any strong detergent scent (very important for someone who has allergies or is smell sensitive). Very good (not soft) beds. Very good sound isolation (one can only hear voices from the corridor). Extraordinary staff :) The hotel is not in the very center of Verona, but just a few steps, that allows to escape the crowds. Peaceful, near to the police station and the post office with the ATM. A homemade ice-creams cafe place vis-a-vis. There is a little shop just next doors where one can buy local food products (as there's nothing at the airport, it's ideal to buy there food-gifts before travelling abroad). The best extra thing during our stay was someone playing piano in the Sunday evening :) It exceeded our expectations and we will surely come back while on our way thorough Verona :)
