The IT system was just changed, this induce a small delay at check-in. However the staff efficiently managed to overcome the problem.

It was really noisy in the night. First there was some outdoor cinema and then the ventillation system was making noise all night. Then we asked for help at the reception and somehow they managed to turn it off for us in the room. Also theres only paying parking where theres not much space. Luckily we came in the weekend when its free.

The property is in a nice park, cute small town close to Milan. Everything was clean. The staff was helpful when we had problem in the night. Theres 24 hour reception.

No bad comment concerning the hotel, just the town is a little shabby and needs some TLC....

Rooms comfortable, cool, clean. Staff very welcoming. Parking in their garage was a bonus as we had a roof box - overnight charge of course. Breakfast - really good value for the 8 Euros per person. Great value for the 2 rooms we booked for 1 night, lots of restaurants too within walking distance of hotel.

The coffee facilities in the room were not full (1cup and sugar ect. for 2)... Breakfast a little poor for 4* and staff not really on time (missing objects on a tables: cutlery, napkins/food on the buffet...in completely not busy time),

Garden behind is a very pleasant place to take a walk...Room was fine enough and the bed comfortable. I do really like the old palace style they left :)

The third bed was very narrow. Breakfast was ok, but many of the foods were missing and not refilled.

One would expect with an hotel of that category that they would have own parking facilities with car charging possibility. Car has to be parked in a public parking against payment, where it can take quite some time before you find a free spot.

Although I chose this hotel due to its location near the park; it is only accessible during certain hours, the access of pets and cyclists is prohibited. Unfortunately, the breakfast, otherwise delicious, does not offer vegetables (of any kind). I believe that the whole assembly needs repairs at the level of finishes; the secondary staircase (evacuation route) is in the same conditions as a century ago.

The location of the hotel is fine, but Cesano Maderno is not really a destination in itself. Very friendly employees, from the receptionists to the cleaning staff. A very good gelateria in the neighborhood. Parking can be done underground or in front of the hotel (public parking; cost 5 Euro/working day).

No milk in the room and not enough tea, when we arrived, however we didn’t mention this so not a complaint! We bought our own.

Lovely hotel, comfortable, good choice of breakfast. Our short trip was to visit friends living in Seveso, so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. We would definitely stay again.
