There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent room, very clean, breakfast choices are really varied. So close to all restaurants, underground station and tourist attractions. Don't hesitate, I really recommend it!

stairs are hard late at night as toilet downstairs in our room. no vanity area had to do makeup in bathroom. not much to complain on its lovely.

The location is brilliant. The breakfast is really nice (waffle maker is lovely bonus) we had a room that had stairs and bed was upstairs but we loved it. so clean everything changed and made daily before your back from breakfast - tea coffee. hairdryer is good.

The bar was not open in the evening, and the man at reception was unhelpful. Our room was fine, but there was a lot of dust under the bed. The coffee at breakfast did not taste like coffee.

The location was excellent. One evening, we needed a bandaid, and the porter was so helpful.

Breakfast was great, gluten-free options available; however, we missed almond milk or any other than soy and dairy.

Unfortunately the bedroom was not really what we expected, think they must have taken a bed out from the downstairs floor which would have been ideal if they would have put a table or chairs to be able to sit on, but it was just a big empty space, we asked for an extra chair which they gave us without delay, the stairs are quite steep to get to the bedroom, and going down to the toilet during the night was awkward. A bed on the ground floor would have been perfect. The bath is pretty high to get out of too.

Breakfast wasn't very tasty, we would rather eat outside.

The staff was outstandingly kind! Location of the hotel is probably the best you can pick in central Rome. Great that there's central air conditioning for hot days. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was quite nice and clean, not too much noise from outside.

The air conditioning was set at 20C, and it wasn't possible to turn it off or change it. The only way was to ask on reception, and they turned it off for us.

The location was perfect. Very close to Trevi fountain, lot of places to eat, do shopping ... The room was very calm; street noises didn't reach us.

The street below is noisy and crowded but that is to be expected given its location.

We had a lovely experience at Hotel White. In all my years of travel I have never experienced a more friendly staff, including the front desk and the staff in the breakfast room, with very special thanks to Paolo and Ornetta at the front desk. The rooms are not large but comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our daily breakfast which had a variety of foods to choose from. The location is wonderful, close to the Trevi Fountain and walkable to many of the city's sites and well as close to several restaurants and a small supermarket.
