Room too small for 3 people and No balcony in room

The beds are hard like sleeping on a board . Location no descent eating restaurants and only a small limited . Oh yes the wardrobe was designed for tall people to hang their clothes I’m 165 cm and still couldn’t reach .The food selection were mainly pizza or snack foods . Be aware if you want a restaurant out of Casamicciola it will cost you anywhere from 20 euro + never had the same amount charged . Boat tours are limited as well .

We had the junior suit and was lovely . We had our own large balcony . The staff were lovely . There is an amazing gelato shop Bar Gelateria Di Massa about 150 mt up from the hotel

Great&quiet location just "few steps" from the port/ferry and the bus stop (the hotel is not on the busy street either, it is situated behind a small park). Wonderful employees&manager of the hotel, they were very increadibly helpful&concerned about their quests. Special thanks to the lady at the reception, she was more than nice, providing many usefull tips and advices for our Ischia stay. Delicious breakfast was a big plus as well.

We had two single beds and a double bed. The two single beds were not suitable for teenagers 18 year old boys. It was in fact a sleeping couch, suitable for kids. The double bed was large, but very firm. Some nights it was very noisy, I guess it was the neighbors.

The location exceeded expectations! Great breakfast! Cleaning was excellent! Small, but nice pool, comfy pool area. Very small, but nice terrace.

We found the bed and pillows were too hard for our liking but we understand this is common in Italy

- Excellent location just a few metres level walk from the port of Casamicciola Terme (Note: There are 3 ports in Ischia!) - Also easy access to minimarket, shops, restaurants (especially Zelluso restaurant 5 mins walk), taxis and bus transport - - Yet amazingly quiet - Beautiful outdoor pool with abundant sunbeds yet surprisingly no one using them when we were there in July - Very good varied breakfast (not just pastries but also eggs, ham, cheeses, meats, fruits, yoghurts, tarts - Very helpful staff everywhere with a special thanks to Pasquale - Fun night each Wednesday in Casamicciola Terme during summer when musicians play in multiple locations along the promenade

Bed very firm/hard. Noisy upstairs neighbor in the morning if you take the large room by the lobby.

The hotel has clearly seen better days. In the description on booking they talk about their wellness center -- WHICH HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE MAY. "Guests can enjoy discounts at 3 local restaurants. These offer fish dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, and traditional trattoria food using ingredients from Ischia. Guests can relax in the wellness centre which includes a Turkish bath with aromatherapy, sensorial showers, and a hot tub. Massages can also be booked on request." The feel I got was that this had once been a great hotel but is going down.

It’s a really pretty hotel in a good location but it’s in desperate need of a renovation/being refurbished. it feels very worn out. They offer Wi-Fi but it is barely working and reception inside our room was terrible.

Excellent staff that helped us with bookings and recommendations for our stay.
