Breakfast needed some fresh fruit.

The hotel is on a relatively quiet street, our room had a great view of the piazza. Close to the station transport links one way and the opposite direction takes you to a great area for eating out down Via Urbana. Useful paying for breakfast by the day as we had an early departure and didn’t need breakfast on the last day.

Too bad that the Wifi was under maintenance and the soap/shampoo provided was too little. So, it's best to bring your own amenities.

Location is just 15-25 mins walk to the central rome station, and other tourist attraction place such as colosseum and trevi fountain. Room is cleaned everyday, and is very spacious. Bed is in king size. Even though the wall has some stained in some parts it didn't affect the comfort. They also provided a lot of electricity sockets, that's really good if you bring some devices and need it to charge.

Needs updating. Mold in shower. Noisy - can hear other guests. Had to keep asking the reception staff to turn on hot water for us.

Nothing major and I could have asked, but only one pillow on bed which was very flat. Would have been good to have had some extras in the wardrobe. Outside room hallway the skirting boards were off and unsure if they were carrying out some repairs.

Brilliant location and loved the set up of the building and its old fashioned lift, it had a real feel in keeping with how other buildings were around. Great information from reception on checkin with any help needed to locate places and a map provided. Breakfast offered but unable to comment as we did not use. Room was clean and good size, en-suite bathroom was good size and fresh towels with housekeeping daily too. Always smelt fresh and clean on entering the building and no noise encountered from outside or other guests. Location was close to Metro station and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum 15/20 minutes. Plenty eateries around side streets too. Felt safe with code system and double door entry.

Great for sleeping only. Wouldn’t “hang out” or lounge around at the hotel.

Good location, close to the action. Room was comfortable. We had 3 people and were a group of friends staying in the triple room. Nothing to write home about. Did the job though, good location. We didn’t see any facilities at the hotel. We had an ensuite and were on the 5th floor while reception and some lounge thing is on floor 3

Great position overlooking a lovely piazza. Room was clean and comfortable with a killer view. A good value continental breakfast started off the day right. Staff were very helpful regarding getting around Rome and seeing the sights. Thank you Hotel Mosaic.

Breakfast wasn’t hot. For about the same price, across the street, I had an Omelette & juice! Finding the location was a challenge - a tiny sign on the street…perhaps they could give specific directions…

I would stay here again. The Housekeeping Staff was OUTSTANDING!!! They need a raise!!!

This is a brilliant budget hotel in central Rome. I see there are a few moans on here, but what do you expect for the price? It's in an amazing location with 24-hour acess. I had a clean, tidy and spacious room with everything you could need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower wasn't working properly we could barely take a shower since the hot water wasn't working as it should be, told the receptionist about it but nothing happened. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again!!!!

In our cause, it took too long for the shower to get warm/hot. On the last day we decided to take a cold shower because we couldn't wait.

The pillows provided were very thick, making it difficult to sleep on them. The room could get quite hot even with the heater off, so we had to open the window to let cold air in but this also means the outside noise is louder. Some small issues with bathroom sink/shower/toilet drainage.

Short walking distance to multiple popular places around Rome, also close to the Roma Termini train station. Staff in reception available 24/7 who were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and prepared. Have 3 single beds in 1 room was convenient as a group of friends.
