I stayed in a single room. The shower was extremely small. The breakfast was starting only at 7:30 am. They wanted to accommodate and offer me to have my breakfast at 7am. But due the excursions I had chosen I had to leave the hotel before 7am. When you are to join day trips outside Rome, the excursions start very early, it is most likely you'll miss the breakfast.

It is a small hotel. It is very clean. They are very kind and helpful. The location is excellent. Only 3 mins away from the Trevi fountain and 10 min away from the Spanish steps.. Also close enough to the other attractions.. The shops are just around the corner. The breakfast is rich. Their coffee is delicious.

The staff were very friendly they went out of there way to help, the receptionist were great if you had a guestion they took the time to answer your guestion. The hotel was very clean, the location was great everything was within walking distance and if you didn't want to walk the San Silvestro plaza was a minute away to catch a taxi or to just sit and relax on the bench

Location is the best, room was nice and clean, very safe and close to all the main attractions! Marco is the nicest person I've met there, he was very helpful and gave recommendations how to get around the city. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book again next time I visit.

In Italy is seems to be common that a double bed is made up of 2 single beds pushed together, so you should check if this might be a problem for you.

This is a very good, very well located hotel, within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon in one direction and the Spanish Steps in the other direction. The room was very clean and comfortable. It has a small bar fridge and a desk to sit and work at when required. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even gave recommendations to some excellent little restaurants.

A staff member locked herself into our room early in the morning. Although, we assume it was by mistake, we got very surprised and scared since were sleeping. The room was a bit small and the water pressure in the shower was not great.

Great location with walking distance to many of the must see attractions in Rome. Very nice and helpful staff. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Would definitely visit again!

Everything was wonderful, but the room was smaller than I am used to in a hotel room. That says, it was clean and in the perfect location. I was out exploring all day, so there was no need for a huge room. It was perfect for my needs.

The location was absolutely perfect for walking to all of the major sites within Rome, but also within walking distance to Vatican City. The area was convenient and safe, which was important to me since I was traveling alone. Also, Roberto & Marco were so attentive and helpful! I could not have asked for more in the way of helpful staff & management. Plus, the common areas and room were extremely clean, which was very important!

Spacious room for 3, very modern look. The hotel is very well located, walking distance from Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain and Colosseum as well as primary shopping streets. Beds were comfortable, breakfast good and we had it daily at the roof terrace. Very good service! The people very warm and welcoming and helpful.

It was very loud. the other patrons could heard and the staff started vacuuming too early. I like a firm bed but the bed was uncomfortably hard. The shower was also comically small.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I loved the location! It is very close to many attractions in Rome. You can pretty much walk everywhere. The downside is that it can be pretty loud during the night due to traffic noise. I would suggest earplugs, especially if you like to sleep with an open window. Breakfast is nice, however, keep in mind that Italians usually are not into a huge breakfast. I can imagine that for some people it might be not enough of a selection (looking at us Germans). Very good coffee though! The very exceptional thing about this hotel is the staff. I’ve never felt so welcomed before in a hotel. All of the employees are beyond friendly, always happy to help, very polite, always up for a little chat. I highly recommend this hotel!
