We didn't have wifi in room and it was very irritable. It seems that hotel is under partially reconstruction, but wifi is something very important for staying in hotel when you are tourist from another country and with children. There are no additional contents that are normally in hotels with 4 star. Hotel is not for 4 star!

Location is exactly on Firenze Nord enter from High road and it is ok for night or two stay for visiting Florence. Room is comfort. Staff from reception are kind.

Not good quality juices serving at the breakfast buffet. The room was too hot, and I couldn't do anything with the termostat, except turning it on-off. The floor in the corridor was old and dirty. The hotel is well located by the motorway, but it's a bit hazzle to drive into the center in the morning. There's too much traffic.

Breakfast buffet was okay. Plenty of parking spaces but not well maintained. The staffs were friendly. The housekeepers did good job with the bed and the room.

I didn't like that the fact that air condition doesn't work before the 1st of may and of course, getting to city and back to hotel would be a drag without the car (but seeing the location, you should know that).

I liked the size of the room, private bathroom, friendliness of the staff and free parking.

Sometimes the hotel felt a bit worn down, and breakfast was very limited and busy.

Room was pleasant, and easy location to get too by car. Value for money is good.

4 star hotel a bit past its prime but with excellent location right on the highway, Ideal if passing trough and wishing to avoid driving downtown Firenze. Good, clean room and safe free parking.

I would add a direct exit into the neighborhood bypassing the motorway junction. But I guess this is not up to the hotel. Rather to the Italian motorway administration, which is known for allowing bridges to collapse, therefore hopless.

Very easy to access when arriving by car from Bologna or Rome. Parking is spotless!

The hallways leading to the room was dark with poor lighting. The couches in the lobby were worn out.

Building was a bit aged from outside, couldn’t open the windows. Maybe a bit expensive for what it was.

Big room. Good breakfast included. Friendly staff. Safe car park. This place is good for a motorway stop off point (if a little expensive). However it is not the best location for visiting Florence as is a bit far from Sesto Fiorentino and other transport hubs.

The bed... although big, it wasn't comfortable. It was more of a business hotel with lots of people there for conferences. If you come for leisure maybe book somewhere else. The hotel called for a taxi and it took me to Florence train station. I felt they could have given me a heads up on the fact taxis rip off tourists. So I am at least informing who ever reads this. Always check how much it should cost before.

Clean rooms, good size most of the staff were friendly The restaurant that was connected to the hotel. The food was pricy and not worth it bit at least it was nice maybe for drinks or a cold plate of antipasti.

A bit overcrowded, wc mechanism in the bathroom should be repaired, not very clean room in my opinion. A bit chaotic management at the breakfast.

Good hotel near Firenze, comfortable beds and mattresses , basic, but still acceptable breakfast, parking. Additional set of bedlinen for free. Convenient location if travelling by car.

My main complaint is that the halls needed much attention. The carpets were quite dirty while the walls and baseboards needed painting and minor repairs. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and I would not recommend doing that. The food was substandard and on the expensive side; not a good value.

The cost of the room is reasonable and a good value. Our room was clean and large enough to accomodate 4 people. Location with repect to Florence and the airport is OK. However, you do need a car to reach this hotel and to explore from it. I did not notice access to public transportation.

It's a standard airport hotel for me to be honest. I did not like the room too much as the door felt quite unsafe and wobbly. The room smelled like smoke (although my partner thought it did not, it just had a quite special scent).

The stay was okay. We booked the hotel because we landed pretty late. The overall stay was fine and it's okay for the amount of money we paid for one night. :)
