Hotel in quiet location away from hubbub of seafront, set in beautiful gardens. Easy walking distance to station, longer walk to restaurants and older part of Monterosso. Room very clean and everything you needed provided. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Good breakfast choice and nice terrace for sitting outside. Would definitely visit again.

The place was gorgeous with spots to hang out. I stayed twice and they upgraded me for me and accommodated a very early check in.

Uphill climb to get to the hotel is steeper than usual, especially with your luggage.

Beautiful location and view from the balcony. Wonderful breakfast. Would be better with different varieties each day (different varieties of eggs and vegetables).

The air conditioner did not work very well. However, it was Spring time so it was not so bad.

The staff is amazing, the view from the balcony is also great. It is close to the train station and the hotel itself is full of nature around.

Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast including plenty of fresh fruit and pastries, with a terrace overlooking the hotel's attractive gardens and a view over the bay. Easy to walk to Monterosso station in 5-10 minutes and another 10 minutes along the seafront to the old part of town with more shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the sea.

Excellent location. Close to train station and all aspects of the “new” town. Easy walk to “old”. Breakfast was wonderful; nothing lacking. Monterosso is probably the best Conquer Terre town to stay in and use as a home base

Lovely hotel. Rooms are meticulously clean. Fantastic rain shower. So good after a day out walking. Ideal location to base yourself to explore cinque Terre. And best of all a super breakfast to set you up for the day. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

We felt the bedrooms let down the property. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities is very poor. Furnishings in bedroom basic and very dated. That is a minor point really as it was all very clean. If they improved the bedrooms it would make a huge difference.

The hotel is a bit up hill, so if you can get taxi to take you when you have your luggage with you.

Hotel is conveniently located short walk from train station, from the main street, restaurants ,beach. The hotel has the Best staff, from front desk, kitchen, waitresses and room cleaning! The breakfast is included and was absolutely delicious, best we've had in all Europe (been in Europe for over a month and hard to find breakfast as Americans like) also the dinner was absolutely amazing at a much lower price than the restaurants on main Street. The servers are incredibly fast and the best I've seen! Super grateful and impressed
