Breakfast could uae some warm food options. Otherwise it was great: fresh coffee, croissant, fruits, yoghurt, bread, cakes.

Location was great, 5 min walk from funicular station, so Como town is easily accessible. Size of the room was enough for two and it had great view to the lake Como. Host was friendly and had good English skills, so communication was easy. We accidentally booked hotel room for wrong days, but we were able to change the dates by asking the host, even though our booking was non refundable (however this probably won't be possible during the high season because hotel is always sold out). Also lines to the funicular can be long during high season, but there is other options to getting down to como town (bus or rental car for example)

Mattress was very bad. I slept like in hammock (I have just 60 kg) and woke up with pain in my back. I have never met this kind bad mattress in my life! Breakfast is poor but for this price it’s ok. Shower is just tropical. if you are a woman and don’t want to wash your hair take with you a shower hat (you will not find it in bathroom).

Of cause the view from the hotel is unbelievable! Table, chairs are cute on the balcony.

The situation with parking is not explained well and that creates difficulties because even short stopping spots in the village are very limited. What needs to be done is to park in the unloading spot across the main entrance and collect ticket for overnight parking spot. This needs to be explained to the guests better.

Serpentine road to Brunate, better to use public transport. Funicular to Como is located just 1 min walk from the hotel.

Small cosy hotel with spectacular view at Como lake. Nice breakfast. Great opportunity to stay for big families (we have 3 children), but with having some privacy for adults. Definitely recommended.

We made a last minute reservation when we arrived in Como. It exceeded our expactations! Very friendly staff, beautiful location, good room and a nice breakfast. We only stayed for 1 night, when we checked out we recieved a nice bottle of wine. What a surprise!

**Not for the hotel it self For food do not buy from the restaurant beside it (Trattoria Dei Bracconieri ) bad food and they are rude Instead go to restaurant (Locanda Milano 1873) not far delicious and kind

Nice hotel on the top of Brunate, with a lovely view and very close to the foniculare. Also great to have parking places for the costumers, otherwise I don't imagine where to leave the car...

Very narrow and zig zag roads to hotel and be aware reception closes at 7.45 we had an issue but excellent receptionist sorted it out

The hotel is atop a very windy road that might not be comfortable for the less experienced drivers. The parking requires some substantial maneuvering for larger vehicles. The hotel is right under the bell tower, so perhaps less for those that are not early-birds.

The staff was super attentive, reached out in advance with communication, provided for all that was required and with our late arrival everything was planned in advance. We felt treated as part of the family. The location allows for great walks and panoramic view of the lake.

Very very limited parking places. We parked somewhere else because we did not find anything close to the hotel and where we finally found a place, next morning we were informed that we need to park on another place otherwise police takes our car. It was really a stress factor early morning.
