Can’t find fault

Beautifully furnished hotel full of character. One of the best quality and choice of breakfast I have known. Staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. Room was great with comfy bed and character. The sauna was a delight and private for 2-4 people with lovely furnishings and a roman feel to it.

No complaints

This hotel is elegant, attractive and historical, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Everyone is fully conversant in English as are most of the people of Vilnius. We are especially grateful for the guidance, suggestions and touring arrangements from Andrius who is the face of the hotel much of the time. The property is filled with pieces from the owner’s excellent art collection.

“Spa” which was a bit misleading. In reality a cold swimming pool and sauna only. Small items didn’t work in room but easily resolved by staff. Normally my expectations are bit higher for a “5 star” hotel. But your mileage may vary.

Netflix didn’t work on the TV.

Stikliai is more then the best hotel in Lithuania and wider. Every time when we are staying there, very special and amazing feeling. Excelent service, very polite staff, one of the best kitchen worth Michelin award, fantastic surrounding with always fresh plants and exclusive design. And of course real feeling that owners are very taking care of it. Respect and we are always happy to come back!

Nothing. Just be prepared that parking is not available, but it is not a surprise and hotel provided suggestion how to deal with it.

Enjoyed the stay with perfect location. Hotel is cosy and has a nice touch of difference from the main stream hotels. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Location is right in the hearth of old Vilnius, which is a bonus too. Great breakfast is served with variety of morning mills available and sparking on top.

We only received a turn down service on one of our three nights, which was a shame. Also our maid service was a little under par on our first morning, however once we mentioned this to reception, the next day it was much improved.

Staff were very friendly & helpful, in particular Andrew on reception who gave us excellent advice regarding sights to see & where to eat. He also arranged a trip for us to the lovely Trakai Castle, which we probably wouldn't have visited without his recommendation. The Hotel was beautifully decorated, with a mix of traditional, but with some modern touches to keep it relevant. Our Room was very nice, spacious with a lovely heated bathroom floor! It was my birthday while we were there & the hotel sent some lovely macaroons from their amazing Cafe & Bakery "Poniu Laime" which is adjacent to the, which is a must to visit & a great photo opportunity! Location of the hotel is very central & within easy walking distance to all the city sights.

Breakfast was good, but for a 5 star hotel I did expect a little more choice.

Nicely furnished rooms stocked with good toiletries. Great amenities, we particularly loved the pool/sauna area and the pool table. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Old Town on your doorstep. Great quality for the price you pay.
