breakfast was amazing. Staff Abdo and Slimane was extremely helpful and the central location made it easy to try some local food or access the travel sites. We could have breakfast on the terrace in the sun.

I didn’t like that no one was there to meet us. After informing our arrival time no one there to meet us guide us to parking area and bring us to Riad. Rooms was not up to the mark.

The decor of the Riad is absolutely stunning but it could do with a few upgrades on fittings and fixtures.

Although taxi's cannot enter the Riad door, it is only 5 mins away walking to a main road which makes it very quiet to stay and easily accessible. We had to move room because of previous bookings but we were upgraded to the stunning Royal Suite which was great. the breakfasts were always AMAZING and we even got a packed one the day we had to leave at 5:30am. Sliman was the person who mostly looked after us and we could have not felt more care for but all the staff was very friendly, helpful and considerate to our needs. Highly recommend.

Old bathroom showers were a bit of a problem but other than that it was great. The rooms downstairs are less spacious.

A few things could be updated in the rooms. Better/newer lamps, more light in general would be nice. The fluffy blankets on the beds are very useful on chilly Marrakech nights but they need to be covered with a textile that fits the aesthetic of the house. The shower in both rooms was odd - in one case the handle leaks water everywhere and floods the bathroom. In another case, there is no light in the shower "cave", so you are essentially showering in the dark. In short - a small amount of updates would take this riad to a new level. I would love to return!

Very nice experience. The location is wonderful and the room was comfortable. Staff are very kind and helpful. We loved the architecture of the house and the Moroccan antiques. Lovely terrace. Maid service is fast and fresh towels every day. Good breakfast with excellent coffee & assortment of traditional Moroccan foods.

The property was lovely and the staff were exceptional. One of the staff members walked my friend and I to dinner and back in the dark so that we didn’t get lost or feel unsafe. They were so kind and helpful and made the whole stay so great!

Very old building in need of reconstruction, weak WiFi. Other than that, everything was great :)

Location in the historic city center. The staff was friendly and accomodating, everyone was very helpful and caring. Nice breakfast, pleasant swimming pool, cute cat and turtles. For an extra charge you can visit hammam - it was very nice and clean.

The fact that on checking out I was made to pay a room tax of 20 pounds that could only be paid in cash and no receipt. Booking .com, shame on you for not telling me about this when I booked and paid for the room.

The property is located down a dark alley 100 metres from the main souks. Initially we were a little nervous but soon realised that this is perfectly safe and all part of the Marrakesh experience

The initial approach through the narrow alleyways off the bustling medina is slightly daunting, but once through the door, the Riad opens up into an amazing sanctuary. The rooftop terrace has great views and the garden courtyard and plunge pool in the dining area are some of the lovely features. It is so handy to museums, restaurants and the amazing little shops lining the alleyways. The staff are VERY helpful and attentive and everyday a slightly different, delicious breakfast is served. A wonderful find for the authentic traveller.

abdo and faouzi were very friendly and accommodating! the breakfast was delicious. marrakech is hectic and noisy, but the riad is a great place to relax. despite the quiet location, you can get to the city very quickly. we would love to stay again! our wishes were immediately taken into account and made possible

Abdul (little herbert) is a legend. Loved the tortoises running around inside the property was lovely. Loved lindo the house cat. Rooms were all gorgeous and old worldy. Hot water all day long was brilliant. The staff could not do enough for us. The cleaners were brilliant, really friendly and happy. Can't fault the place.
