The plumbing needs a little attention (loose taps and showerhead broken).

The staff were amazing. The location was brilliant. The food (breakfast and dinner) was superb. The staff organised an inhouse massage for a really reasonable price which was lovely. The pool was clean and the terrace for catching some sun was perfect. The riad felt very homely especially in the evening with all of the candles.

Drainage smell in the bathroom which I don't believe the riad staff could do anything about but was fine if the bathroom door was shut and the window open.

The breakfast was traditional Moroccan style, bread, pancakes, omelette, cake, a small fruit salad with a choice of tea or coffee which was light but enough to fuel our mornings. The location of the riad was great, although not central only a 15-20 minute walk to the hustle and bustle but far enough away that it was really quiet once in the riad which we liked. Amine and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive and always showed an interest in our day. They recommended places to eat and things to do during our stay. They went the extra mile on our engagement evening meal and made sure it was extra special and romantic - Thank you!

Nothing, the room, the breakfast and the location were all excellent.

Riad is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the evening when candles and lanterns are lit. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Location is excellent, so quiet which is lovely when it's time to rest away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We booked a taxi via Booking.com to take us to the Riad and Amin came to meet us to walk us to the accommodation, would not have found it ourselves.

The Riad was stunning. Nice breakfast, always fresh flowers, super nice smell and nice relaxing music. The Riad was Strong contrast with the beautiful, crowded streets of Marrakesh. I was fascinated with the culture around the construction of riads in Marocco. Riad Zhor was definitely a beautiful experience. The host were very accommodating and polite, always ready to help their guests. If i will come back I will ask them feedback for everything, from restaurants to excursions.

My wife found the bedroom was a bit dark for putting her makeup on. (first world problem). This next problem applies to all riads near a mosque .... You get woken up with a call to prayer between 6am and 7am, although it didn't bother me. It added to the atmosphere.

Wifi was free. Riad was very atmospheric (dark and moody) The upstairs terrace was wonderful. After a full day walking round Marrakech, an hour lying in the sun at 5pm in 30 degrees in Feb ...... what more could you want. The breakfast was lovely ...... we didn't eat there at night, but the value was excellent. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The riad was about a 20 minute walk from the main square, and fairly easy to find.

We didn’t realise that were wouldn’t have a shower. Instead we had a bath with a shower attachment.

The courtyard in the property was lovely, and smelly divine. We loved the breakfast and the tranquility of where we were staying.

We had the evening meal which was tasty but a little on the expensive side. If it had been a slightly more reasonable price we would have eaten there every evening.. The lighting was very poor and gloomy.

Really stunning little Riad. Very authentic and beautifully decorated. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. It’s in a safe area very close to the souk - maybe a 5 minute walk away. I felt comfortable walking about at night by myself.

The riad do not sell alcohol. Very few places in the medina do but that's a cultural thing. No TV in room not a big deal but it would be nice to watch something after a long day walking around. Only issue we had was the shower head kept falling so you have to hold it while showering.

Staff so friendly no request was too much. Good breakfast. We had dinner 1 night it was nice. Fabulous authentic Moroccan suite. Good location. Room cleaned every day.

It was very cold throughout the road you can control the temperature in the room which is great but due to it being winter the riad would be very chilly in the mornings and evenings so make sure to take jumpers

The service from the staff was beyond exceptional they were accommodating and made it a comfortable stay for us The road is beautiful it has a dark aesthetic and the breakfast was delicious everyday they would make fresh bread and cakes. Amin and his team were great they helped us with our stay in Marrakech and gave lots of great tips and advice

the walls are poorly soundproofed and some windows only have shades, no glass. But this aspect fits to the quiet and calming atmosphere.

Impressive pittoresque riad with a style concept based on patina, dark colors, perfumed scents, candle and gloomy lighting, bloomy flowers and plants. You have the ability to relax in the courtyard or on the rooftop, which offers a panorama. Small and secluded Pool in a corner of the courtyard enabling a refreshing swim. Very friendly and forthcoming staff attending to special dietary requests. Great maroccan breakfast served on an etagere.

The room we chose was quite dark and only had one small mirror which made getting ready difficult at times, but this is a very minor gripe.

Amine and the team were amazing and took time and care to look after us, they were always available to advise etc and nothing was too much. Also, the breakfast every morning was amazing and we loved sitting on the terrace to start our day.
