It was a bit cold - no cozyness.

Easy to get to and find, clean, practical, easy. All the furnishings were in good working condition, including hooks for hanging both jackets on and towels on.

We checked in really really late at night So we kindly asked them to allow us a late check out so that our kids rest! We asked at night this request and they told us to leave 30 min later i.e 10.30 am because they were fully booked. Then in the morning i went again to the receptionist to request a delay since my kids where sleeping and they were very strict on this matter. They told me they will not have time to prepare the room ! So after begging them they told me max 11 Anyhow the room was very small and a house maid needed very little time to fix it since we had only a night sleep

Value for money place near the centre with nice restaurants and cafe shops near. A good choice for a stay when you want something relatively cheap on the centre

I felt the check in time of 10am was a little early, when it is 11 in most places we have been in. However, there is an option of leaving the luggage in the store room for the entire day — this was convenient.

Had a good stay here. The rooms were very comfortable — very spacious, has a mini kitchen with cups, a microwave and a mini fridge, which we found to be very convenient. As we were travelling on a budget, we loved that we could get such facilities at a cheap rate. I would totally recommend the property to fellow travellers.

No wifi. In a week manager didn't manage to solve the issue (first days I was asked to try another wi-fi spot which also was absent). Passcode for entrance I've asked in near reception of another hotel in this building

The hotel doesn't provide hand towels, or a floor mat for the bathroom, though they did give one bath towel per person. Toiletries were also not provided, so one has to bring their own soap and shampoo along.

The location is good, walking distance to Plac Grunwaldzki, leading to good public transport connectivity with the rest of Wrocław. There are several restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a convenience store behind the hotel.

Microwave could be cleaner inside .looks awful inside and stinks. Also after shower there no any bath mat so it was wet every where and there no mop to clean so we had to used paper towels to drying floor at bathroom after shower.

We enjoyed the time at Starter 24. Good location and quiet place 👌 which was so important for us and Very comfortable bed .

It`s not my first stay at this place. It was just a different kind of apartment. The location is great for me, the place has everything you need to stay for a short or longer period- a clean place, quiet, and a comfortable bed

There has been minor oversees when it comes to cleaning - like a hair in the bathroom sink or some dirt on walls. But for 2 nights where I was mostly away it was fine especially that it's not a fancy hotel.

I like that the reception was open 24/7, the staff was freiendly and helpful. Moreover the equipment in my room - dryer, iron, towels and soap. View from window was mesmerizing! I'd recommend and probably come back again

Had a so called kitchen. But no pots or pans to cook. You cannot expect to carry these with you when travelling. Also no shower gel/shampoo provided which was mentioned will be provided when booked. On asking reception staff said they don't provide.

lack of dishware (only one teaspoon, no pan) the bed is ok, but the bedlinen not so much : very soft pillows. As there is no cleaning service, it is a bit difficult to do it on your own, since you have got no broom for example. The big avenue is very noisy due to the heavy traffic.

I booked a bigger apartment but I was given a standard apartment. However, we were comfortable.

The flat is very basic so I was missing simple things that would make it a bit more comfy like a reading light and a shower mat. But you can do without them, especially when you don't plan to cook your meals there.

The location is perfect for me and also so easy to get to the city centre and with a lot of lovely walks around. The flat is compact, especially for a solo traveler.
