The Hotel offers vehicles at the front door but we found the costs of these were 2 to 2.5 times more expensive than the local metered taxis or neogtiated uber prices from other providers.

Room was good but the hotel is getting tired with age. Breakfast was very good with with nice options available, especially the egg station with omelettes cooked to order. The Hotel location is OK but there is a need to use transport to get around in these hotter months. The Irish Pub upstairs is a real cracker.

The wi-fi connection is so slow, no bathrobes in the room, the room telephone is far from the bed, no lotion from the toiletries

The ladies at the reception were very professional and courteous and were always willing to assist. The man at the reception can be a bit nicer.

The facility was good, and the food was excellent. The kitchen staff members were the best ever. 👌

I didn't feel welcomed I even hAd to ask some to assist with my luggage Asked if they can show where my room was. Almost spoiled my holiday mood. My room was smelly l I had to ask for an air freshener.

The hotel finds itself a bit further from the airport than was advertised. It is easy to reach to in about 15 minutes

The King-Size room was big; the bed almost oversized:). Service at check-in was perfect and organisation of transport from and to airport was very efficient

The loud music in the beginning of the night and the street noise at 2am in the morning. But the staff upgraded us to the upper floor so we don't hear but yet we did.

Property is aging. Rooms look worn out. Cleanliness could be better. At night, the clubs on the uppermost levels were playing thumping music. A light sleeper would be very annoyed.

Great location and lively hotel. We walked around the area quite a bit while staying here. The area is jam packed with hotels -- all empty. At night, the area feels like a ghost town. And this is in Feb when the weather is very pleasant. We were fortunate that we were at a hotel that was very lively. We happened to be sitting in the lobby waiting for a friend and we were able to entertain ourselves just by people watching.

The staff " Filipina gurl " is accommodating and considerate that she allowed me a bit of early check in because I arrived in Doha early in the morning . And all the staff are great . Nice hotel and I Will probably come back again to this hotel .

The room was supposed to be a diplomatic suite - pictures on the hotel site were not representative of the room we got. Room was basic, poorly decorated and looked dated and a bit shabby. There was a sofa but no chairs - we asked for two and got them. The TV didn’t work - an engineer came in and fixed up a connection to YouTube Electric kettle cable was suspending an extension block in mid air - not safe Some sockets didn’t work Dangerous step into bathroom, no warnings We both tripped on it.

Not much to be honest. There were a few issues but staff did respond quite quickly to help resolve them

There used to be loud drumming in night time found that there is a club or pub at the 11th floor also no heating works in rooms at all I found out after calling maintenance room was cold all the time

Corridor had faint smell of smoke. Before my stay, I read complaints about noise from the top floor nightclub on the 14th floor (which I googled and found that it's quite popular). I stayed on the 7th floor and could hear a little - could still fall asleep, but was definitely audible. I think this hotel is good for the money but definitely don't take the higher floors unless you're into clubbing. Water pressure was enough for a shower, but could be better.

Room is very large. Beds are very soft - even the sofa bed. Location is the best - really close to airport which made it perfect for a short layover.
