In general everything was great. Clean, large apartment. Not so new, but value for money was good because we could use the pool in Hotel Ramada free of charge.

Going into a details, room need a renovation. Kettler was not working. Water in swimming pool in Ramada doesnt heat.

Overall it was a nice stay as we had a great time on Kranjska Gora. The room is very spacious and good equipted. The location is perfect, in the center and behind the apartmants are slops and skiers.

Bathroom is a bit old fashioned, however still in a good shape.

Excellent location at the vicinity of ski slopes, restaurants and grocery shops. Magnificent view on the mountain. 5 mins walking to city center and main promenade street.

Very comfortable apartment, good location next to ski slopes, shops and restaurants. Parking next to the apartment for free. A possibility to use a swimming pool. Very nice staff at the reception. We will return

Outdated interior (with disgusting couch in living room), hot water for only one person and only 4 of everything (4 glasses, 4 forks, 4 knives,...) and small kitchen with no space. Also pool was very cold

- It's old. (From elevator to water heating system). We have changed 2 apartments, bouth of them had a problem (1st with balcony door, 2nd with water heater). - They are charging 3€ for a clean towel. - There is no hot water for 2 persons, you have to wait 1 hour in between. - Apartment air temperature to cold for my taste. - Kitchen was smelling on cigaretes. - They are washing sink with hydrochloric acid which have very unpleasant and intense smell. - Sofa in living room is old old and uncomfortable.

Although apartments are well maintained, furniture is a bit dated. Bathroom is clean but has a slight sewage odor. Apartments for 4 persons have small living room, dining table unusable when foldable couch is extended. The 5 person ones are quite spacious. Poor quality of Wi-Fi in the evening occasionally.

Apartments are ideally located, <100m from ski slopes, shops, bars and restaurants. Use of pool with hot tub in the nearby hotel and car parking is included in the price. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. Easily accessible storage for ski equipment. Reception staff genuinely friendly and helpful.

The heating.The living room was to cold in the morning.The heating work from cca 7.00 til 22.00. With little baby its not okey that the floor and the wall is realy cold when u wake up.

Very nice apartment, comfortable for 3 people. It is very close to the centre and the route for visiting places around. Excellent breakfast at the nearest Hotel (€10 adults, €5 Kids), with the possibility to use the swimming pool.

At the reception were very unfriendly. So after a long night journey it wasn´t ok at all. I just had some quiestions and they were arogant and didn´t want to help.. Otherwise we enjoyed this stay so much. We weren´t so lucky with weather so the swimming pool was our everyday program :)))

The parking lot at the apartments, which is free for guests, is usually full during the day (it was better in the evening).

The apartments are spacious (even for 5 people and 2 dogs). The town of Kranjska Gora is wonderful - the view from the balcony at the mountains. We took advantage of the possibility of swimming in the pool at the Ramada hotel, of which the apartments are a part.
