Our original booking was for two nights, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five nights. Sharifa and Laila were very helpful in finding us the best rate and a beautiful room on the same floor. Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also booked excursions through the hotel and were very pleased with the service. From the airport, we took a taxi to Riad Atlas Palace. We were dropped off just outside the Medina, and it was only a one-minute walk to the riad’s door. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this riad—very clean, with courteous and attentive staff across the front desk, concierge, and restaurant.

The riad features family rooms. The accommodation met our expectations! Our room was clean and the bathroom as well. The terrasse is perfect to chill and have a good breakfast. The host is very welcoming and always ready to help. Very well located, the riad itself is also very, very beautiful. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it. :)

This 4-star riad offers a 24-hour front desk and a shared kitchen. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Location was great, so close to market. Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.

Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the riad. We had an excellent stay at Koutobia Royal. Stayed one night, but we specially loved the warm heated room! January 2026 was very cold and the room was cosy and confortable. Staff is very kind and helpful too :)
