The receptionist/owner was very warm. She even booked a taxi for us, offered us dinner because we came in late after missing our flight due to the microsoft glitch. The room had an old German home feel. Unfortunately we weren’t able to have breakfast because we left at 4:15am. The shower was great and it was a perfect place to stay. 15 kms away from the airport but German motorways are excellent.

This hotel is a gem; friendly, comfortable and not in the least bit pretentious. It is a home from home. It is located in a secure, leafy suburb of Garching. My room was exceptionally quiet. No noise from outside, no noise from the corridor. If only there were more hotels like this.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were accommodating to my dogs. I enjoyed the on-site parking, the great walking trails that were nearby, as well as the ability to get food from Kauflands across from the hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view, and the scene light mode was fantastic. The spa and pool were relaxing after a long day, too. As far as the breakfast, this was the best set-up for breakfast I have had during a hotel stay.
