Extremelly helpful staff. Attention to details, eg. asking about allergies before providing the client with a cookie, or a complimentary cappucino when asked for a cup of some warm drink in the morning – all these signs of attention to every client made my short stay in the hotel particularly pleasant. Wished I could stay for longer!

Staff was incredibly friendly! Wish I could remember everyone’s names! Managers - great! Gave us a history of the place. Server - Max (??) was very friendly! Morning breakfast staff were wonderful!
