Loved the traditional feel and the wonderful family owners. They were so helpful.

The traditionally built Achilleas Pension is located just 492 feet from Hydra Port and the rocky Spilia Beach. A flowery internal courtyard lies on site, while WiFi is offered in public areas.

Owner manager on site to help us with our questions. They shared the laundry facilities with us and we hung our laundry on the roof to dry. About 6 blocks walk from the ferry terminal. Hard with heavy bags, but once we unloaded we appreciated being away from the harbor hub bub. And the cafes near Achilleus were wonderful, as were all the cafes we encountered in Hydra area. (3 days). Our room was probably s little bigger than others because ours was intended for up to three.

With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guest house enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces.

Beautiful room inside a villa. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great and you can easily walk around Hydra from here. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the place from the port which is a big plus in Hydra as some places can be quite far and uphill. The place also had a nice terrace where I could chill at any time and enjoy the beautiful views.

Only 394 feet from Hydra Port, Alkionides Hydra is located in a stone-paved courtyard with flowers. It offers air-conditioned accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Some units come with a kitchenette.

Could a hotel be any sweeter or better located? We stepped off the ferry and were inside the hotel in less than a minute—literally! Yorgos welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a charming, authentic vibe and is perfectly situated right by the port. The beauty of the island, the cicadas singing, and the peaceful atmosphere made us feel like we could spend the whole summer here. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

The views, room amenities, staff helpfulness are all pluses to the Hotel Hydra. When I chose the hotel, I knew it was up a long path with many stairs. However, the views at the hotel and the surrounding sights made the walk worth it. The signage is good so it is difficult to get lost. The area around the hotel has an historic mansion and the family home of a famous artist. Both were excellent and interesting visits.
