Friendly receptionist. We arrived quite late at night and left early to catch our 06:00h flight therefore we did not see much of the hotel and surroundings. Hotel was clean and very quiet.

Frederica and Giorgio were excellent hosts - there to greet us, help, offer a snack/coffee or give ideas on where to go. They happily made reservations for dinner and engaged in wonderful conversations. The Bed and Breakfast has a welcome unique niche that is to be appreciated - it is to build community, enjoy conversations, and yet still have the privacy of your own room.

Very friendly welcome at reception, professional check-in process. Nice, clean room with a very comfortable double bed. Well-equipped bathroom, small balcony with a nice view. Parking spaces directly at the hotel. Good location near the motorway and only a few minutes' walk to the town, where there are some nice bars and restaurants. Great breakfast with a wide selection of products. In summary: An ideal hotel if you want to spend one night as a stopover on your way south.

Quiet and relaxing private location. Everything is at hand, a separate private beach with sunbeds and service. There is a good bistro and an excellent restaurant by the sea and swimming pools. I greet Florian... At the Tivoli Hotel, we were attended to by a very friendly concierge, Pietro, to whom I thank and greet...

The Sam Hotel is set in a modern building in Monfalcone. The area is great for parking and is only a short walk from the historic centre.
