The abbey is conveniently located near the train station of Abcoude which brings you to Amsterdam within 10 minutes. Next to that, the ambiance of the hotel is great, it is quiet and looks beautiful. The beds are comfortable and facilities such as an airco and tv are available. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

One of the best Hotels to stay in Amsterdam near the RAI Exhibition centre and in general as well. A short 5 minute walk to the Europaplein Metro station gets you to Centraal in under 20 minutes. The hotel is located in a clean part of Amsterdam in Zuideramstel and is well connected at night as well. The secure parking, clean rooms and exceptional staff are the highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is good and the service is top notch as well. No one else does it better than Motel One!!

We love that it was a historic old building, and that the restaurant and breakfast was served in there. Breakfast and then dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The only tricky thing for us is that it was all in Swedish so we had our Google app out. We were very fortunate to have one of the units cabins that were built into the hill and overlook the lovely green paddock . It was lovely and private . The accommodation is very accessible to the train station and very handy to both Amsterdam and Utrecht.

Easy to reach from Amsterdam. We were going to cycle but the weather wasn't great but we were easily able to get an Uber (about €25 each way). Room was lovely - very big and all the amendments you'd need :) comfy bed, lovely bathroom and snacks and soft drinks included. We requested a room with a bathtub and this was no trouble at all :) Breakfast was fresh with good variety and the sauna was great!

Beautiful room in a lovely village. We use the golf course nearby for work meetings, and coming from the UK it makes a lovey change to stay here rather than Amsterdam Zuid. I will be staying again!
