The room was comfortable with a sitting area. There was plenty of room for luggage without feeling crowded. The location was right off the interstate with plenty of dining options nearby. The area was very nice.

Convenience, location to both Ames & Des Moines. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Omelettes were delicious and not just eggs any style they also have waffles. They have a nice bar the staff is very helpful.
