The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the middle of shops and still feels secluded and serene. Check in was easy and efficient and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean with good views of the town centre. Overall, I feel the service was exceptional, and I feel the room was pricey but good value for money.

Rooms are very clean, the staff and check-in process was fast, and the location of the hotel is very close to Galleria and Downtown. And the best part is that it is not expensive. Overall a very good find!

I was so surprised arriving at this hotel. Me and my partner practically melted into the king sized bed. We had some of the best sleep we've had in a while and it was an easy seamless time. A wonderful stay indeed.
