In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. It offers a small fitness centre with an infrared cabin, and free WiFi access. Spacious room, super clean, comfortable! Excellent location, with restaurants, transportation, and the historic center a short walking distance away. The staff was very friendly and gave us precise tips to make the most of our time in Innsbruck. We'd definitely come back!!

The staff were extremely friendly and proactive. I have a lactose intolerance and they provided options that were lactose free and explained everything. The room was cleaned daily and the food selection was really good.

This luxurious 4-star superior hotel offers stunning views of the Ötztal Alps, spacious and elegant rooms, and the only thermal spring in Western Austria. The room design and best view of the mountain with waterfall, thermal water pools. The hiking trip was super amazing, I loved it ❤️
