Excellent reception, great facilities, very comfortable bed. It is very close to the Zuid / Midi station, which was very praticle. But the way to the apartment doesnt feel very safe for lone travelers and women. Although nothing bad happened to my stay.

It was my second visit here and it was as nice as the first time. We had the royal suite for which the bathtub is in the middle of the room so you def wanna go with a close friend or partner. It’s of course amazing to stay in such a place if you’re a bit of an architecture/interior design nerd like I am. It’s in a really handy location too as you’re 5min walk from Flagey (two bus lines straight to the city center but also some nice restaurants/bars there). The room we had also has a balcony which is always a great bonus.

Enjoying a central location in the heart of historical Brussels, the Happy Boutique Hotel - Grand Place offers guest rooms with free WiFi in a typical townhouse, with an Art Nouveau façade. Sophie was fantastic - loved the location as right close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic. Stairs… oh the stairs…. If on the 4th floor there are a lot of stairs so don’t have a big suitcase
