We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

Hotel Amira nalazi se u Banskom u oblasti Blagoevgrada, na 400 metara od gondole. U ponudi ima spa centar i ostavu za ski opremu. Way too much but will mention my favourite one - the way staff is there to fulfil any wish you might have in such a friendly and professional way, truly astonishing service.

I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!

Hotel Ida se nalazi na 500 metara od žičare u Banskom i na 10 minuta hoda od centra Banskog. Gostima su na raspolaganju hidromasažna kada i sezonski bazen u zatvorenom. Very good location near the main street and very near the gondola. Danny the host was excellent, always willing to help and very friendly! Breakfast was very descent to start the day and hotel was clean. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!
