Opened in January 2013, Hotel Mercure Fribourg Centre Remparts is located next to the ancient city wall of Fribourg, a 10-minute walk from the historic centre of Fribourg and the Cathedral. I liked everything. I was surprised that haven’t heard a sound despite the room was next to elevator. Nice view, parking, friendly stuff.

We have stayed here before and all that mattered was the VIEW! Charming room , very nice staff, lovely breakfast and the perfect village. You can go wrong for the location and convenience. They even offer discounts at their restaurants and gift store inside the village. So nice and the Christmas Market was great!
