All the staff were really kind. Our room was small and with a lake view. The room was normal, nothing special, but the view and the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast was also perfect. Smeštem u nekadašnjem Domu zanatlija (Guild Hall), Hotel des Balances ima živopisnu lokaciju na reci Rus u srcu Starog Lucerna. Wi-Fi internet je besplatan. Room was exceptionally clean and nice. Views from the balcony was absolutely awesome. The jacuzzi was the best thing after a long day outside.

Thee location was absolutely perfect; the bus stop was right in front of the place, which made everything incredibly easy. It truly met all of our expectations.
