This boutique hotel is situated in Goslar, within a few minutes' walk of all main sights. Set on the Steinberg hill, it offers free WiFi as well as a great view of Goslar and the Harz Mountains. Everything was great! Beutifully designed hotel, good location (15-20 min. walk to city center) . Also this part of town is beautiful, with the old houses in the same style. And ginger shot at breakfast was cute surprise 😉.

Hotel Sonnenhof is situated in Bad Sachsa. The hotel offers a garden, a terrace and there is free WiFi access available. We stayed here for five nights. On arrival, the parking was good and the welcome was warm. The room was lovely and spacious, with plenty of storage for our luggage. There was a comfortable bed and separate lounge/seating area, along with a balcony that had a table and chairs. It was great sitting out in the evening. The breakfast was excellent, with so much choice of hot and cold options. The location was about 10 to 15 minutes walk into town down a steep hill, but the exercise helped to work off the breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.

Set in tranquil nature and featuring a historical ambience, this grand castle hotel offers spacious rooms with Italian period furniture. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices at the buffet. The service at breakfast by the waitresses was very good. The location was excellent! The castle and the grounds are beautifully kept and inside was warm and cosy with lovely antique furnishings to fit the castle’s original era. Lots of attractions nearby!
