This countryside B&B is within 20 minutes’ drive of Odense and Kerteminde. It provides free Wi-Fi internet access. Birkende B&B’s simply decorated guest rooms feature wooden floors and a seating area.... Birkende was a wonderful place to stay while I was in Denmark for a conference! Conny was so welcoming and hospitable. When my travel plans got upended and I came in a day late, tired, jet-lagged, and hungry, she met me on the property and prepared a fabulous lunch of coffee, juice, meats, cheeses, fruits, and breads for me (because I had missed breakfast). This thoughtful touch to ensure the comfort of her guest was so sincerely appreciated! The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed during my stay. The breakfasts were delicious and prepared early, so I could eat before flitting off for full days at my conference. And the property is peaceful and simply stunning (including their gorgeous grapevines and koi pond). It is well situated for a short drive through the beautiful countryside to both Kerteminde and Odense. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Indoor and outdoor! Kitchen including more than expected for guest to brew coffee/tea or cook a full meal. Recycling was easy! Comfortable beds, chairs and sofa were it’s plenty of storage and places to hang coats and shoe racks!

The family-run Lunds Hotel is located by Bogense Marina in North Funen. It offers rooms with free wired internet, a furnished patio and views of Æbleø. Beautiful room , clean and very nice designed. The hostess are very kind and helpful.

The hotel has a beautiful location, we truly enjoyed the fresh air and stunning nature views. The room was cozy and very clean. A big thank you to the hotel staff for the warm welcome! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Hotel Ærø is situated in a 19th-century building by Svendborg Harbour. All rooms have a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Private parking is free for guests. Sumptuous breakfast with very good Danish pastry. The location is really good which is next to ferry terminal to Aero island and short walking distance to train station. Very friendly staff who allows us to check in early.

Located next to the beach by Svendborg Sound, this hotel is 2 km from central Svendborg. It offers both guest rooms and apartments, each with a balcony. Both Wi-Fi and private parking are free. Fantastic food at the restaurant, very friendly staff and the dog was more than welcome

Storebælt Sinatur Hotel & Conference is situated in Nyborg on Funen Island, just a short drive from the Great Belt Bridge and Nyborg Train Station. Complimentary WiFi access is provided for guests. Great place! So nice! Beautiful view, nice rooms with good beds. Very good breakfast.

Situated 500 metres from Odense Train Station, Comwell H.C. Andersen Dolce by Wyndham offers free WiFi and restaurant. The hotel lobby features sculptures which depict Andersen's work, and H.C. Breakfast was amazing! Everything else was great as well.

Overlooking the Great Belt strait, Nyborg Strand is a beachfront property just 2 km from Nyborg’s Old Town. Odense city centre is within 30 minutes' drive. Everything went well. We were satisfied with our rooms. We had dinner at the bistro which was superb! The waterfront location of this hotel is amazing for relaxed walks with our dog. Breakfast was solid but there could have been a wider variety.
