We had an early international flight (7 AM) the next day, so we had to leave the hotel at 3:30 AM. They kindly arranged some yummy box breakfasts that helped us get some energy to begin our long journey.

Beautiful hotel….fabulous location….near the promenade and across from the park and cathedral…big rooms….comfortable beds….lovely bathroom…..helpful staff and excellent value!

All spacious rooms at the Sheraton Guayaquil are modern decorated and well- equipped.They are air- conditioned and include a LCD TV and a work desk. Good Location, Airport Shuttle included, great room with a view over the pool and comfortable beds. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good! We were even allowed to have a late check-out for free since our flight was late. There is also a fine gym and a small sauna. All in all very recommendable.

Wi-Fi. Malecon 2000 is a 5-minute drive away. The breakfast was great with plenty of good tasting food and delicious juice with coffee or tea. The room had a great view of the river and it had a very comfortable bed. The waiting room and the room were breakfast was served was eloquently decorated.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, greeting my family warmly and happily accommodating my ESA pet. A friendly tip: make sure to bring your documentation, as they do not charge for ESA pets with the proper paperwork. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us coordinate a surprise cake in our room, which made the occasion even more special. They also welcomed us with a complimentary drinks per person, which was such a thoughtful touch. The brunch offered a great variety of food choices, making it a delightful start to our morning. While we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, we’re definitely looking forward to exploring it on our next visit. The added presence of security at the entrance also gave us a sense of safety throughout our stay. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this Hilton for a longer stay or even a staycation.
