The first Alfred Hotels location cultivates a soft and subdued atmosphere, blending the charm of a family home with the timeless appeal of a country inn. The room was accurately described and more than met expectations. We had the unexpected bonus of air-con which we didn't expect (not sure many rooms have it) and was much appreciated as the week we stayed was really hot. The hotel is located centrally and parking is not a problem (our car was large so we opted for the free parking by the river nearby). The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast, whilst not featuring the hugest range of choices, was all of good quality and tasty.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 11 km from Domaine de Chaalis. The guest house features family rooms. We stayed at the duplex apartment three times over the past two months, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The apartment is comfortable, impeccably clean, and very quiet, with lovely views of the garden. The whole place feels welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. We also appreciated the breakfast kindly served by Fabien. He has been exceptional in his communication and hospitality, which made each stay enjoyable. We highly recommend Fab House to anyone visiting Senlis.

It is just 3 minutes’ drive from Senlis and 5 minutes’ drive from Chantilly. Super friendly staff, pretty building and grounds, breakfast was great, 25 min from the airport was perfect for me (very close to airport looked really congested), breakfast starting at 7am worked out well for my early flight, overall very good experience.

Located in Chamant, 13 km from Domaine de Chaalis, Hotel L'Aunette Cottage provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The hotel has a terrace and pool views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The greeting on our arrival was extremely warm, and curteous. The room was large, warm and ideally equipped for our stay. The restaurant for dinner had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the food was delightful. Equally breakfast the following morning could not be faulted. The owners were charming and inviting, we found them to be the perfect hosts. Overall this was the best hôtel we have visited in many years.

Only 5 mins walk to the station.
