The first Alfred Hotels location cultivates a soft and subdued atmosphere, blending the charm of a family home with the timeless appeal of a country inn. With its 56 rooms and workspaces, the establishment welcomes professionals, travelers, and families for refreshing stays. And in front, the Oise River flows by. The room was accurately described and more than met expectations. We had the unexpected bonus of air-con which we didn't expect (not sure many rooms have it) and was much appreciated as the week we stayed was really hot. The hotel is located centrally and parking is not a problem (our car was large so we opted for the free parking by the river nearby). The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast, whilst not featuring the hugest range of choices, was all of good quality and tasty.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 11 km from Domaine de Chaalis. The guest house features family rooms. The breakfast was simple with enough quantities of everything. Fresh croissants and bread, marmalades, milk, yogurt, butter, Nespresso coffee, delicious orange juice. The owner brought to our daughter’s room so we could eat all together.

Anyone who wants to see what impecable taste means, should visit it. Very clean, the rooms are big and cosy, breakfast was delicious, hand made marmelade, fresh baguete and croissants. The hosts are very kind, private parking. Very close to the city center, we had a wonderful stay. I fully recommend it!

Located in Chamant, 13 km from Domaine de Chaalis, Hotel L'Aunette Cottage provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The hotel has a terrace and pool views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The greeting on our arrival was extremely warm, and curteous. The room was large, warm and ideally equipped for our stay. The restaurant for dinner had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the food was delightful. Equally breakfast the following morning could not be faulted. The owners were charming and inviting, we found them to be the perfect hosts. Overall this was the best hôtel we have visited in many years.
